First I heard he was married. Poor woman.

Quote: The wife of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the Boston bombing suspect gunned down in a police shootout, is cooperating with authorities probing the attack, her lawyers said Tuesday.

She is doing nothing except smiling. . All utterances are through her lawyer who speaks for her.

Let's be clear. Sure her husband was wounded. Cause of death, no. He was run over by the SUV driven by his younger brother as he was lying in the road spreadeagled awaiting arrest.

The above article says: Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the Boston bombing suspect gunned down in a police shootout, is cooperating with authorities probing the attack, her lawyers said Tuesday.

Sky news trots out: "Tamerlan, 26, was killed in a gunfight with police in the early hours of Friday, and 19-year-old Dzhokhar was captured late on Friday evening following a massive manhunt in the Boston suburb of Watertown.

So what did we see on TV? Gunned down sounds better, I agree. Bonnie and Clyde! But really, where is our objectivity?

Interesting. For a guy who hated the American lifestyle he had no problems dating a non-Muslim (she converted for him) and having premartial sex - if my math is correct.

And yes, didn't his brother actually kill him? How about another charge of murder for him??

I'm glad she's cooperating, but unless she knew of the plot and/or participated in the event, I feel a little sorry for her for all the ill-attention she's getting.

Not necessary. I am pretty sure there's a stipulation in the law that if someone dies while you are in the process of committing a felony, even if that person is your confederate, additional years are added to your sentence. Little brother's not going to slip away from this one.

I can't help but wonder if the FBI agent sent to check out Tamerlan two years ago had ever heard of Checheya or could locate it on a map.

Shame then. I'd like him to be found guilty of his bother's death.

My husband is thinking there is a lot more to the story than the FBI is letting on. I'm inclined to agree. It doesn't make any sense that BOTH the FBI and Russian government were looking into the older brother without cause. What was the cause?

Smith, I agree. I feel sorry for her. She might not have had a clue.

" The statement said news that the two brothers may have been behind last week’s carnage came as an “absolute shock” to Russell and her family."

Maybe because the narrative doesn't jive with any reality they know?

If she doesn't claim the body of her husband, then you'd better believe she's probably happy he's dead. If anyone remembers what I said about "you must become muslim if you love me." perfect example right here a bout coercion to gain more followers. She said in one comment that was released that "he was serious about his faith but always angry."
