Syria admitting that they have chemical weapons, I can imagine where this is going to go possibly. Looks like there is a slim possible chance the US could get involved in this, that could complicate things, but if it means it can help get Assad out, then it might not be that bad of a plan. If Assad and the rebels could come together and Assad would accept to stepping down, a lot more of this senseless bloodshed could stop. Assad should do the right thing.

Obama doesn't know anything since foreign journalists are banned, but what little we do know is that the majority of the atrocities are committed by the Assad regime. Are the rebels committing atrocities as well, to a certain point, I do believe so, however, people are tired of this oppressive regime and the people want to be able to choose their leadership and path.

I did, I really took my time and tried to be as objective as possible and I came to the conclusion that it was the Assad regime that was responsible for the deaths, at least the huge majority, most definitely.

Both sides will use the media for political purposes to meet their perspective agendas, however, the Assad regime bars foreign journalist, so information flow is sketchy at times, the Assad regime, like the old Saddam regime would always put on their best face to hide from their world their crimes against humanity.

Foreign fighters or not, this will not deflect from the fact that the main people that are in charge is no other than the Assad regime and hopefully, they will get the chance to leave with dignity, but I doubt it, the cowards. Western media seems to prefers to spread propaganda from the Observatory, don't let that fool you into thinking that there aren't any brave journalists risking their lives to cover the truth.
