They are free to slap away a neutral study blindly, but it only makes them look emotional and stupid, and in fact 'who cares about the international community?' more likely to have dropped these canisters.

Why not spend a moment to look at it and come up with a credible rebuttal, like, 'ok, maybe it was chlorine, but nothing to do with us", etc.

The Syrian regime used chemical weapons in Douma; now it’s definitively proven.

No mention of Russia’s reaction. No hard to guess though.
