Obama seems everywhere? that's what Media says, people feel Obama is nowhere. His former colleague has put him in a very weak position, whether it is war or terror or war on global financial/economic crisis. Ugly protests scenes in London is the biggest evidence of that.

I'm so glad to know about the first lady's fashionable outfit. The iPOD gift, the beaming British Prime Minister, his head cold, and his talking dinosaurs during his quality time.

Yup, no bias in this mainstream news story. By the way the protests merited a whole single sentence at the bottom of this totally objective reporting.

Obama is everywhere? LOL. He shut out the media and they still slobber after him.

I guess at least the Queen can use her I-Pod unlike Prime Minister Brown who can't watch the DVDs he was given...

Blah blah balh about Obama, what happened to all those jobs he promised to bring back to American soil? President Obama now promises to ban protectionism like everyone else before him...to be fair ,will he declares to the world that American president job opens to anyone who wants it, no protection of any kind?

Wow, and I thought only the Liberals on the far left hailed obama as some sort of messiah. I see that many conservatives here view him as such as well. I mean, he'd have to be in order to reverse 20 years of bad American policies and trends in a few months. rolls eyes That was obviously sarcasm.

Unlike some of my fellow posters here on JT, I see nothing wrong with what's going on. Yeah...yeah...yeah I voted for Obama but so far he's just lining up stuff. But he's talking about meeting to reduce nukes. That gets my attention. < :-)

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: It's truly delightful to have a photo of the Queen on this Japanese news site.

They should certainly do it more regularly.

Richard III: Personally, I prefer Ebi-Chan.

tclh - "Blah blah balh about Obama, what happened to all those jobs he promised to bring back to American soil?"

He's only been President for a little over 2 months.

I know you think Obama is just incredible, but he's not a magician. :-)

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Put everything on Obama which was a direct result of the economic collapse that started under Bush. You know how much can a guy do in two months, really, damn. He's not Jesus Christ. Well before you consider the guy a failure at least give him until September 11, 2009 to judge him. You remember how the Republicans offered leniency towards and defended Bush about September 11 saying he barely got into office and none of it was a direct result of his presidency. Let's give Obama the same amount of time and then start counting the clock.

TexasAggie - If the brits are sooo in love with Obama, they can keep him.

Well Texans can keep Bush and everyone in his gene pool including the farm animals.

NO CRITICISM OF OBAMA UNTIL SEPTEMBER 11TH!

Laura Ingram, Shawn Hannity and those other GOP media mouth pieces will just be going nuts talking down Michelle Obama today. They haven't had any real critisism, just the normal GOP gibberish, but their attacks on Michelle have been so childish.

I'm encouraged that since the G-20 knows how the global financial situation, they will work together to solve some of it. It ain;t going to happen overnight.

I'm reminded at how the leaders of the final G-7 all snubbed george bush. These same leaders and the other 13 know that it was the American financial thefts that caused the world breakdown. The $0.00 backed derivatives that started the collapse of the world market.

Got to have high hopes after the last administration's disasters. < :-)

Good job, Obama. He's making Americans like me proud, and even making foreigners want to be American even more than they did before.

President and Mrs. Obama made a great impression on the world scene; but they are leading the wrong way. To continue the same policies that brought on the oppression and higher costs of all purchases with debt, interest, insurance and gambling for riches and honor, is going the wrong way.

To continue to borrow and put the money in the hands of people who cannot and will not help the people with toxic assets does no good for the economy. If the economy is strengthened we still have pollution, energy crisis, and global warming fears to worry about. Only a garden paradise lifestyle can save the people of the world from poverty. When there is an abundance of food around you, you can bring people into your home and ride out the problems. Otherwise, violence and chaos are ahead as millions are out of work and needing food.
