Taliban publicly execute man accused of murder

There are thousands of "unofficial Taliban executions. Easier to avoid the paperwork, they must be thinking.

The Taliban have killed over 400 people since they took over: https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2022/3/7/un-400-civilians-killed-in-afghanistan-under-taliban-rule. I'm guessing this is just the "first, public, execution", hardly the first execution in the last year.
