Blood infection? Which one? Contracted? How? No detail on the infection, so meaningless article for me. Just sad.

So, presumably he cut himself on the wall of the tunnel and some parasite got into his bloodstream then? Not something for anyone else to worry about then? Surely this would be in the public interest?

I lived in Thailand for years and if your not made of money the health system sucks! RIP

Really sad that so much time and money was spent saving those kids but a real hero like this is allowed to suffer and die a year later.

Sad, really sad, but I hope they will always remember this hero. These people put literally their lives at risk to save these kids, they really did the impossible when you think about it. RIP
