Asking for outsiders to come and fight will never succeed. Local folks, banding together and buying some guns works. But it is hard work.

They need some law and order but who could provide it? Maybe China's troops through the UN.

I wonder if it’s worse than Venezuela? People don’t talk of “going in there”. Why is there the need for other countries to go in to stop it. That’s saying they can’t take care of themselves.

It's almost as if higher standards are expected of developed Japan than undeveloped Haiti.
