Three dead, 50 hurt in northern Italy quake

This confirms that Japan is by far the safest country to be in case of earthquakes. M 5.9 shakers are basically daily business here...

Many of the structures in Italy are very, very old, they were not made to withstand quakes of this magnitude so we see heavy casualties in these parts of the world, like Turkey, Iran etc..but I hope they do not have any real big quakes, because if a M5.9 killed 3, what will a 7?? or above quake do to Italy??
