I guess this shows that people who are determined to get guns (and use them), WILL get guns, regardless of the local laws. Not sure what the answer is: perhaps a mandatory 20 years added on to the sentence of any gun crime?
Black Sabbath
Guns don't kill people. Fired guns do.
clamenza
Can someone translate that into English, please?

Crystal meth is a wonderful drug, @Clamenza

The club said it had over 70 security guards on duty and that visitors were inspected with metal-detecting wands.
Not enough?

Actually Strangerland, it isn't too hard to get a gun legally in Canada. Rifles and shotguns in particular are not hard to acquire. Handguns, on the other hand, are more difficult. Considering the border with the US is less than 2 hours away by car, I can't see it being much of a problem to get a pistol either.

Try a little further north.
SuperLib
Weren't you the one who said picking amongst black Presidential candidates is picking the lesser of evils? And now this, huh?
Let me guess....Republican?

Ha good catch Strangerland. Drake is a straight up Canuck! If wc626 knew the first thing about this music, he might know that tangential to this shooting is a beef between Canadian rapper Drake and American Meek Mill. The strangest detail is that a Toronto politician got props at the concert for saying Meek Mill is unwelcome in Canada.
SuperLib
Fair enough. I just wanted to make sure you tell people you are part of the GOP.
Please don't change.

The few, the once proud.
Gangbangers love to shoot each other. It's their MO. And for once, the limelight (on gun violence) has been shifted to our northern neighbor.

@SuperLib Yes, he's not only a Republican, he sounds like a Trumpist

Wc626 - A little clearer without random Dr Dre references and senseless "Lol"s ( did you really laugh out loud? Why? And why the need to tell us?) but your first post looks like an overt case of OCD.
Focus, young man.

I think that would more accurately be written "I guess this shows that people who are determined to get guns (and use them), sometimes will be able to get guns, regardless of the local laws."
I agree with adding a significant amount of time onto sentences when it's a gun crime.
Wc626
@SuperLib. I did say that, but only if there were a "black only" selection of candidates. And I stated, C. Rice or C. Powell as prime candidates (if it were to come to such) -surely not somebody named Barrak Obama. (Or however it's spelled)
In 2016, lesser of two evils? Wow, might sit this one out. Saw too many re-runs of Battle Royale. Or how obama says- Hunger Games. Lol-
Wc626
Ha-ha!! Canadians got itchy trigger fingers too. (No disrespect to any victims) just trolling- to the anti-gun freaks who bash shootings (which unfortunately happen frequently in US).
A Drake concert? He's from East Coast, Brooklyn or NY. (Ghetto is Ghetto on every corner of the earth) LoL, wait till all those thuggish gangbangers let out from US cinemas this weekend after watching, "Dr. Dre's" new movie. Ohh- them Blue States and Ferguson USA communities- watch out. - Pathetic.
