The numbers may change a little in the days to come. Mail counting starts in earnest on Wednesday.
Currently, Trudeau and the Liberals are leading in 158 seats across the country, most of those are settled, but in eight ridings the party is leading by a thin margin, with thousands of votes from mail-in ballots still needing to be counted.

Pretty cool to see right-wing posters in this topic suddenly pivot from "that's the system, it's what it is, don't complain" to "actually only the popular vote should matter". I'm glad to see that they've come around.

O'Toole the fool, neither fish nor fowl. If you stand in the middle of the road you get knocked down by traffic in both directions. You need to differentiate yourself. If you are just a weak imitation of Trudeau people will vote for the original, not the copy.

But Trump ended in objective disaster. He served one term and got thrashed in the election, losing the house and senate along the way.
This can’t be the model to follow.
