Trudeau is sending the richest demographic in Canada $500 tax free cheques next week to make sure they know who to vote for, wink, wink.

LoL, as if a $500 cheque will sway anyone from the "rich demographic".

@Burning Bush

It is probably even illegal to ask. Notice that the media did not ask Trudeau the same question? Trudeau is sending the richest demographic in Canada $500 tax free cheques next week to make sure they know who to vote for, wink, wink.

Maybe Little Justin wants to try to get re-elected before his lapdog kowtowing to the U.S. regarding the 'Huawei Matter' completely sours Canada's relationship with China and the Canadian People see what that may mean for Canada. Given that the 'crime' is actually America's attempts at destroying a 'disobedient' country's (Iran's) economy and political system, and HSBC itself largely a criminal enterprise as we've seen previously, he's now trying to distract from his failure of leadership in his cowardly failure to summarily dismiss the U.S. claims against Ms Meng as Corporate political claptrap designed to hurt a Chinese competitor with superior technology with a bogus charge which any number of American Corporate slags could be charged with if investigated...or not...but there are at this time only two perceptual platforms for an American to view the world from: cynicism or naïveté. And, regarding COVID, it's the Canadian (and Canadien) People who deserve the credit for their response to COVID, not this poser.
