Mainly, it isn't the pandemic keeping Trudeau from meeting with the worst, dumbest, rudest president in US history.

Trudeau is sensible. He'd be stupid with all of the Trump family members, Secret Service and WH officials testing positive for the coronavirus. It's too bad America's president isn't that sensible.
