Oh no it doesn’t put the NEW director in a bad spot. It puts Comey and Mueller in a bad spot as they were there when all this happened.

All of the findings of the numerous US intelligence agencies need to be questioned. They each have a history of hiding and distorting information for political purposes to support whoever is in power.

But what Trump, with help from right wing Republicans and right wing media outlets, especially those in Murdoch’s global media empire, are doing to undermine and discredit the various intelligence agencies should be frightening to all.

With the possible exception of those who want Trump, or whoever else the rightists choose to follow him, to take on authoritarian powers.

Constant attacks by Trump and his media lapdogs on intelligence agencies and the media outlets that don't praise him daily are eroding what remains of the US public’s faith in US democratic systems.

But then Trump supporters have said all along they want those US systems taken down. To be replaced with…?

It used to be: "What did he know? When did he know it?"

In the case of Trump it's: "What did Trump BS about? When did he BS about it? Why did he BS about the BS he BS about?"

In other words, anything coming out of Trump's mouth is complete BS.

The most truthful thing I've heard him say is that makes any sense is that he would be dating his daughter, Ivanka, if she wasn't his daughter.

Looks like the new head of the FBI is too afraid to defend his organization against attacks by the President.

The FBI is run amok with Lefty partisans. It needs to be shut down and a new independent agency created in its place.
