Trump's clearly anti-democracy. So is anyone who supports Trump's efforts to attack voting.

The last ditch death throws of a failed dictator.

Why? For challenging irregularities? He has every right to do so and this is not the first time a presidential election was contested and given what we now know, he should and has every legal right and if liberals don’t like it...well...lol

Right, he's trying to get the GOP party in those states to ignore the actual votes of the American people and give them to Trump. Like...not secretly. Not behind the scenes. But literally out in the open. Like "Trump lost by 140,000 votes but the state will give our EC votes to Trump anyway."
The thing is there's such a remote chance of this happening that the only result will be an even more tarnished GOP. Not only is Trump sinking with the Titanic, he's lighting it on fire.

They don't seem to mind. They've backed him from the start, and they continue to back him now.

No for trying to get Michigan Republicans to circumvent the election results. We're a big beyond merely contesting the elections now.
bass4funk
You mean after they were being threatened by the Democrat legislatures? Seems like the certification of the results probably won’t happen
Yes.

They were threatened? Oh no, that's terrible! The only remedy here is to completely ignore the election results in Michigan and vote for Trump anyway. /s

Trump is trying to steal the election.

Considering how the laws of the states are written, there is no legal way the legislatures could send electors who do not vote in accordance with the outcome of the popular vote in their state. The laws on the books today are quite specific. These legislatures would first have to repeal their existing laws on this matter and because the election has already occurred the courts would in all likelihood rule against any sort of retroactive application of changed rules for selecting electors. At this point all the state legislatures could do is apply any new laws passed to the next election cycle. Keep in mind some of these states have Democratic governors who would certainly veto any such new laws so their likelihood of actually becoming law are slim indeed.

A great example of just how fact free the Republicans are. The legislatures of Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia and Pennsylvania are all majority Republican in both houses.
Graham DeShazo
In PA, this is not legally possible.
In MI, the GOP head of the State Legislature says that the Legislature is not going to over rule the will of the people.
So, another Fever-Dream of the addled, the unbalanced and the substance dependent.
