Yeah, because illegals don't use utilities, take transit, use the streets, nor consume food, and therefore there is no reason to know how many of them there are when doing city planning.

I would if I had millions of people living in my home, due to the fact that it would be impossible to suddenly kick out these millions of people, and therefore anyone with an ounce of intelligence and responsibility would work with what you have, and make plans for what you want. Those illegals belong to Mexico City for example, who should be counting them not LA. Because if the actually are living in LA they are illegally there and need to go “home”

You obviously can't comprehend, so one more time. The illegals are there, whether they should be are not, and as such making city plans based only on the number of legals is going to end up in a system that is overburdened and inefficient as it has to service more people than it is intended to, simply because some people think that it's more important to push ideology than to deal with reality.
