Not going to happen. It would effectively remove the court from doing its job of determining if laws are constitutional and protecting the constitutional rights of citizens. Anyone who has studied elementary constitutional law knows this.
SCOTUS is not going to prohibit the courts from performing the basic functions of the courts.
