That is what happens to a failed presidency, failed cabinet -- rats abandoning a sinking ship. Every man for himself.

Hire someone, ignore their advice, continually publicly insult them when you've tired of them, and fire them be Tweet. Who wouldn't want to work for that guy - especially given the legal danger such jobs present.

Dump just recently said that the WH is running like a "smooth machine", so this is fake news.

MAGA --- Mueller Ain't Going Away!

But Sessions will be and very soon.

Then obstruction charges might be very soon, too.

Because liberals and Dems benefit more by leaving the false allegations as “unverified” rather than as false, this will never be done. Helps the speculation game. “Well it coulllld have happpppened” is the liberal playbook.

> but in our legal system what you can’t prove with evidence as true is false by default.

If you actually knew something about our legal system then you would know not having enough evidence doesn't make something automatically false. That is faulty logic, and you would fail a Philosophy or Law class!

It simply means you failed to prove your case.

4 ( +7 / -3 )

but in our legal system what you can’t prove with evidence as true is false by default.

The legal system has two standards of proof. In criminal cases it requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt, which is a high standard to meet.

In civil cases the standard is a balance of probabilities. So long as you provide enough evidence to satisfy that what you allege to have occurred is more likely than not to be true (51% or greater), then you have met the standard.

In neither of these is anything deemed false simply by having failed to reach the respective standard.

Also, Trump is a BIRTHER and you are saying "leaving false allegations unverified rather than false" is the liberal playbook?????

Hardly surprising that nobody but has-beens and swamp-wannabees would want to work under such a monumental dimwit like Trump. Hannity will be there soon, seeing as he has long since given up trying to be a journalist, and is obviously trying to fill his swag bag with as much swampy loot as possible before the whole circus is revealed for what it is.

Helps the speculation game. “Well it coulllld have happpppened” is the liberal playbook.

In the age of Trump, ‘could have happened’ is refreshing.

Trump lies about things he’s actually tweeted or is on tape saying.

One of the funniest things I ever heard from a Trump supporter on this forum was that Trump is honest about his lies. Most people lie with idea that they probably won’t get caught out or they have a slippery excuse ready.

Trump just belts you in the face with a whopper and calls it fake news when he gets caught out.

A new type of integrity.

Another reason no one wants to work for Trump is the requirement to refute his outrageous claims in a way that will not enrage him.

For example, Trump threatened today to leave the WTO. This would obviously lead to a global economic meltdown, so his top aides were left scrambling to walk that back, but how to do so without angering the boss? Treasury secretary Steven Mnuchin downplayed the comments as “an exaggeration”; commerce secretary Wilbur Ross said talk of withdrawing from the WTO is “a little premature”.

And this global-meltdown-threatening stuff happens by Twitter at 03:00. Trump creates tremendous unnecessary pressure there that most just don't want to deal with.

Dump does not know or understand the separation of power of the 3 branches of US of A government.

Some of the contents in the dossier have proven to be true but none have been proven to be false.

But the Senate will never remove him.

Obstruction of justice is a very serious charge.

Do you care what Trump did or what he can get away with?

It does sound like the latter.

Clippety,

Funny you mention Hannity. I wonder what Micheal Cohen has on him as he sings to Mueller like a blackbird....

Tick. Tock....

The group of people does not want to see the America great again. America will never recover its trade deficits with its trade partners and its domestic manufacturing sector if the President Trump was impeached. The President Trump is doing a good thing for America.

I will wait and see how much bargain, former Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen will get from the prosecutor when he was sentenced for his guilty plead in December.

No one has bothered to go line by line and prove the dossier false on each statement. But I believe it was found that Michael Cohen didn’t go to Prague.

@Blacklabel

Lanny Davis professes that Steel dossier inside claims are bunch of BS. He also acknowledges that Prague story is nonsense.

http://dailycaller.com/2018/08/22/lanny-davis-michael-cohen-prague/

Sometime in January, CNN confirmed as well that Cohen was never in Prague as stated in the Steele dossier bogus claim.

How the unfounded story got out is one of FBI's equivocal FISA-702 search subject matter named Michael Cohen. The search organic database results showed a person traveling to Prague which supposedly is/was Trump's lawyer.

But the government contractor or whoever entity that somehow gain unauthorized access to the FISA-702 organic data search "about query" gave a return on the wrong guy who is also named Michael Cohen. Whoever that contractor was doing the searching made an error and got the wrong guy. This raw data was passed on Fusion-GPS to compile it to the dossier.

This significant error connects the use of NSA as well as FBI database searches to the intelligence stratagem between multiple parties consisting of Clinton associates through Percoie, to Glen Simpson of Fusion, to Nellie Ohr, to Chris Steele, to Bruce Ohr, to Peter Strzok, to Stefan Halper, to Sally Yates and then finally reconstructed for a FISA surveillance application to be approved by a FISA judge.

Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer at the FISA courts, profiled that between Nov 2015 - May 2016 of the thousands and thousands of search quaries, she discovered that a staggering amount of 85% of those search queries where illicit and flagitious unauthorized violations in reference to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

He also acknowledges that Prague story is nonsense.

https://m.washingtontimes.com/news/2018/apr/16/robert-mueller-many-news-stories-trump-russia-prob

Steele Dossier contents inside are not exclusive to Christopher Steele.

Proprietary ownership of the Steele Dossier content is Fusion GPS entities.

Unknown (mostly like Fusion entities) FBI contractors entities used unlawful FBI FISA-702 searches for political oppo-research.

In April 2016 Mike Rogers, NSA Director at that time, shut it down.

Glen Simpson hired Nellie Ohr in May 2016

Bruce Ohr had database access working inside the DOJ-NSD

Nellie Ohr provided much of the research for the dossier content.

Most of Dossier contents was provided my Nellie Ohr who also applied for a HAM radio license (May 23rd 2016) so her and Chris Steele's communication won't be traced.

Michael Cohen traveling to Prague is inside the Steele Dossier is untrue due to the fact it wasn't the right Michael Cohen.

Conspiring entities who did the DOJ/FBI FISA-702 searches on“Michael Cohen Travel”screwed up and simply got the wrong Cohen. Too bad for this error because another connection between unauthorized DOJ/FBI FISA search queries, and people who gained custody of this organic data as well the finished product with fabricated contents within it, the Steele Dossier. A very tangible enough evidence to the connect to dots.

Obstruction of justice is a very serious charge.

It is, but it’s not necessarily an impeachable offense, so many variables.

Do you care what Trump did or what he can get away with?

As of right now it doesn’t look like he did anything alarming, however on the lefts side....

It does sound like the latter.

But you need to commit a crime first

They're not going to win the House in November, thus there won't be any assault on the American people.
