Does this mean Don Jr and Jared are not going to be indicted? What gives?

The 5 stages of Kubler-Ross's progression in dealing with the apparent inexorability of a loss are:

1) denial

2) anger

3) bargaining

4) depression

5) acceptance

These might work for everyone except Trumpers, example;

"Mexico will pay for the wall, believe me, beleive me".....

Trumpers skipped steps 1 - 4 and just went automatically to 5....

I guess that's the way things work ina cult...

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

You ignored the gorilla in the room - the SD NY Attorney - who has a mandate much larger than Mueller - and who Mueller handed off crimes he identified that didn't match his mandate. You know, "Individual -1", the Trump Org and campaign finance violations, fraud as in inflating wealth for foreign loans, etc., etc....

Ok, so let’s end this, you can’t indict a sitting President, so after 2024 it’s all up for grabs, but with the powerful lawyers Trump has, good luck.

2024? He'll be impeached way before that... Then he and the rest of his crime family will have their time in the dock... i hope they've learned something from Manafort, Flynn, Gates, Papadapolous, Sessions, Cohen, et al....better tell the truth....

Gotti will be haunting the cell next to Donnie - they can commiserate over "rat" stories...

But there's hope - maybe Biden will agree to trade Donnie to Russia in exchange for Edward Snowden...

Kush? Mirage?

Donnie and Vlad - in ajoining Moscow penthouses - best place for him...

Donnie seems stuck at 1 and 2 - but there's one more for Trump after acceptance;

6) Party with porn stars and Playboy Bunnies

Why are you suggesting that they were "angry"?

Not sure they were 'angry' but I wouldn't doubt that Andrew Weissman, Muellers lead prosecutor, was pretty sad while he was a guest at Hillary's 2016 'victory' party.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

You know, 13 angry Democrats.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

SuperLib - Their ideology? I wasnt aware the Democrats who were in the investigation were "angry". Sounded made up. But you have confirmation?

ArrestPaul:. Ideology, mostly

buzzyboy - so you are suggesting he just golf his way through the rest of his presidency? I wholeheartedly agree with you!! The world and the U.S. will be a much better place with Trump focused on golf, and the big boys focused on big boy stuff!

I never suggest such a thing. That's your claim, not mine. Meanwhile, Trump has been running the Presidency AND dealing with the false charges repeatedly claimed by Democrats and their pet media outlets. Both the Democrats, and their pet media outlets, should apologize to the American public for wasting their time, and money, pursuing their "resist" lies, and agenda.

Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff, the ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, should resign for repeatedly claiming that he has actually seen evidence that the President "colluded" with the Russians. Democrat Schiff has proven that he can not be trusted, and any committee that Democrat Schiff is assigned to should not include the word "intelligence".

30 million Americans can not afford healthcare insurance.

And something should be done to rectify the situation WITHOUT taking away the private healthcare of 80% of Americans that are happy with theirs. “If” that can be done, I’d support.

Now that the Mueller report exonerates President Trump and his family, I don't expect liberals who have been nodding their heads in bovine agreement all the while being lied to by their moral superiors within their democrat party and the Media Industrial Complex for the past 21 months to ever get beyond Stage 2; they will skip over Stage 3 and go straight to Stage 4. It's also a sure bet they'll never reach Stage 5.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Woohoo! After surviving three years of Democrat Party lies, and witch hunts, he deserves more recreation time in order to continue to ignore Democrat Party lies, and witch hunts.

Mueller is a Republican.

And the lies you refer to, would they be the ones that snared 34 individuals?

4 ( +6 / -2 )

arrestpaul... so you are suggesting he just golf his way through the rest of his presidency? I wholeheartedly agree with you!! The world and the U.S. will be a much better place with Trump focused on golf, and the big boys focused on big boy stuff!

Toasted Heretic - He'll be tweeting and golfing harder than ever, you mean.

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

SuperLib - What makes them angry?

Ideology, mostly, plus their two year old promise to each other to "resist" everything Trump and the Republicans do. Those and the fact that Hillary had once again lost her attempt to become POTUS. It should be now be obvious to Democrats that Democrats have been lying to Democrats about Hillary's impending presidency, and Trump's impending conviction for "collusion". Democrats desperately wanted it to be true, so they chose to believe their own lies. It's a sad state of affairs when you actually think about it.

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

He'll be tweeting and golfing harder than ever, you mean.

Really, Toasted, even if you hate Trump, you can't deny the man works his butt off.

2016: It's Mueller Time!

2019: Mueller is compromised! We must investigate!

-3 ( +2 / -5 )

Had enough years working and dealing with mooches, they radicals hate us, but they need us for a job.

I hear ya. Ten bucks an hour and they still complain.

So bass, you're ok with getting rid of police and fire departments, the interstate highway system, and the United States Armed Forces? All of which are predicated on socialist ideas... robbing Peter to pay Paul...

Protecting the nation and taking care of the nation from cradle to grave are two entirely different situations.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

Oh so now the story is that Mueller’s “mandate” wasn’t big enough. I see.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

and he'll be sitting but working harder than ever in the White House for another 4 years.

He'll be tweeting and golfing harder than ever, you mean.

Read it and weep Trumpers - The Trump Crime Family is still the subject of 10 separate criminal investigations.

Ok and? If Mueller with all of his vast and unlimited resources and No mandate couldn’t find anything, then Nadler and Sawfish won’t either.

—I believe the rich will learn lessons from decades of putting themselves first.

That has been said for over 2000 years.

A clever dig against Jesus Christ and selflessness.

Har! No, lincoln, on Nov 3, 2020 Trump is going to win in a landslide both in the Electoral College and the national popular vote despite California, which is a 2020 write-off, and he'll be sitting but working harder than ever in the White House for another 4 years. He's going to win Virginia and Minnesota and possibly New York.

What makes them angry?

No, I’m from California, I grew up with these nutjobs.

Clearly not, given the repeated talk of silver spoon inheritance and dismissing the poor and any attempts to give them the same breaks the elite have.

What?

Please read it again, I can't make it any simpler.

Without the rich, the poor would have nothing to steal.

I'm sure you're not deliberately trying to be the Sheriff of Nottingham, but Alan Rickman would have been proud.

but they still think robbing Paul to give to Peter is the only real solution to happiness and prosperity or until they’ve spent someone else’s money.

Such a dreadful mishmash of misquotes and biblical justifications. You are aware that socialism goes back to ancient Greece and the Bible? Trump's victory is a slap in the face for the majority of working class and marginalised Americans. And yet, still, there is support for it, from the elitists.

"If you've got Michael Cohen, the president's former lawyer, as a tour guide, that means you could go anywhere," former Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey told MSNBC recently.

Cohen stoked speculation when he told Congress he was aware of other "wrongdoing" involving Trump but couldn't talk about it because it was "part of the investigation that's currently being looked at by the Southern District of New York."

I just hope we get to gloat about no collusion for even half of the 22 months liberals spent pushing that conspiracy theory that Trump colluded with Russia to win the election.

He won fair and square. Thanks Mueller.

-1 ( +4 / -5 )

Considering your lacklustre comprehension when it comes to the Democrats or any other opposition,

No, I’m from California, I grew up with these nutjobs.

People are tired of the same aul' bollocks from both the main parties.

What?

Especially when it comes to the elite stealing from the poor and giving themselves rewards.

Without the rich, the poor would have nothing to steal.

No, I believe the rich will learn lessons from decades of putting themselves first.

That has been said for over 2000 years. Maybe if socialists would get off of the income redistribution bandwagon and stop demonizing capitalism and the job creators and embracing a system that has uplifted and brought more upper mobility and prosperity than any other system Democrats would be ahead in the game, but they still think robbing Paul to give to Peter is the only real solution to happiness and prosperity or until they’ve spent someone else’s money.

-5 ( +2 / -7 )

It’s all truthful, pathetic and sad at the same time, a complete waste of time and the Democrats STILL didn’t learn their lesson. I can see them losing big seats if this continues in two years.

Considering your lacklustre comprehension when it comes to the Democrats or any other opposition, I think you might be incorrect here.

Federal prosecutors in Manhattan are pursuing at least two known criminal inquiries, one focused into possible corruption in Trump's inaugural committee and another on the hush-money scandal...

They are very real and very significant...

Meanwhile we have very real and significant problems in our country, including on our southern border that should be focused on, and very real and significant crimes committed by Hillary Clinton that should be focused on.

-5 ( +2 / -7 )

I hope Trump wins in 2020. By 2024, everyone will be so sick of the Republicans AND the Democrats crazed alternative ideas to Trump, that maybe, finally, a path will open up for a third party candidate.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

And delivered a report that would give Sean Hannity an instant chubby.

Yeah, and if it were proven that Trump was guilty on all counts then Democrats and their TV surrogates would be dancing on the ceiling like Fred Astaire, don’t kid yourself.

-4 ( +2 / -6 )

Insert this into a children's story book and it would fit nicely.

Once upon a time, there was an angry corrupt cop who was so angry that an outsider won the election and he was chosen by another sneaky cop who appointed the angry corrupt cop and he chose 15 angry disgruntled Democrat lawyer piranhas who went on a hoax hunting spree and after two years of fruitless endeavors, came up with nothing.

The End.

There is not a shred of truth to any of this statement, no matter how finely you parse it.

It’s all truthful, pathetic and sad at the same time, a complete waste of time and the Democrats STILL didn’t learn their lesson. I can see them losing big seats if this continues in two years.

-6 ( +2 / -8 )

Deep, deep probing by "rouge" cops and far left Marxists. They tried hard, but since they couldn't get through the bureaucratic swamp of Washington deep-statism, they gave up their revolutionary cause. And delivered a report that would give Sean Hannity an instant chubby.

LOL! I just laughed my tea drink through my nose! :-)

2 years of deep, deep probing and investigating the man, looks like nothing.

The whole thing was orchestrated by the Democrats and their supporters because their candidate Hillary Clinton didnt win the election and since then they thrown the worlds biggest tantrum.

This weekend one of the biggest political and media hoaxes of all time was exposed.

Sounds interesting, would you care to expand on that lofty statement?

What was the hoax, who exactly perpetrated it and who exposed it?

0 ( +4 / -4 )

Considering how much crime Trump committed before becoming the PotUS,

Yes, before, before he was a politician.

I'm almost a little scared to know what he's been doing while he operates under the safety nets provided by his position in power.

Apparently from 2 years of deep, deep probing and investigating the man, looks like nothing.

-4 ( +2 / -6 )

Exactly Crazy Joe. Until the full report is made public, we really DO NOT KNOW what it says.

And remember, Barr's summary also says Trump was NOT exonerated. Not guilty but not exonerated? What is really going on?

1 ( +4 / -3 )

Don’t care. No collusion.

-2 ( +5 / -7 )

This weekend one of the biggest political and media hoaxes of all time was exposed.

-3 ( +5 / -8 )

Let's be honest here, Trump and his cabal have had hundreds of contacts with Russians sponsored by Putin and lied about it. They had meetings they lied about. Kushner tried 3 times for a safe and secure communications channel directly to the Kremlin bypassing intel and risking national security. Trump's ties to Putin are a risk to Americans and our national security. Trump Org received hundreds of millions of dollars of Russian money most likely being laundered through real estate purposes. There are 3 investigations into Trump and Trump Org regarding insurance fraud, money laundering, and hiding hundreds of millions of dollars from the IRS and Trump creditors.

We all know Big Daddy and his family business are corrupt entities. Even his supporters know and don't care.

All of this has a stench reaching to Heaven yet apparently there are no outright charges of treason against Trump, Jr. or Kushner and the public wants to know why.

Barr can keep his summary report on file as Congress and the public want full disclosure and will accept nothing less. It is the DOJ of the people and the taxpayers paid for this investigation. We have a president in office who is amoral, corrupt, unfit, repugnant on all levels of human contact, and totally unqualified. He got help from an enemy foreign agent to get there.

Again, 325M Americans deserve to know what the investigation discovered and uncovered and passed along to either NY, Virginia or Washington. We want the full scoop and the redacted information on individuals not charged needs examination as well and since the entire public knows the players involved there is no reason to keep that information hidden. We can all name names.

4 ( +8 / -4 )

Democrats need to avoid focusing on the obstruction angle (even if there’s meet there) and instead remind the country that if Trump and his corrupt cohorts (how many convicted so far?) hadn’t obstructed, acted like they were in Putin’s pocket this wouldn’t have been so difficult. It’s really on Trump that country went through this. That’s the tack to take.

I do like that approach. They elected a lemon, now they're complaining that we're pointing out he's a lemon.

2 ( +6 / -4 )

@AndrewC The whole thing was orchestrated by

intelligence organizations tasked with upholding the US Constitution and protecting the greater citizenry from rich and well-connected predatory 'businessmen' like Trump and those he's hired to protect his inherited family fortune and his personal power.

Hats off to Mueller and team for exposing the criminal enterprises Trump and family have long been involved in, in both the US and abroad.

Hopefully the Trump regime will allow truth to come out, and if crimes have been committed by Trump and family since he's been in office, all involved will be charged.

But that may be hard to do when Trump appointees control the Department of Justice.

3 ( +5 / -2 )

This way we avoid MAGA nuts being triggered to violent reaction.

Good point. When violent rhetoric spills out into the real world, we've all seen the results.

2 ( +5 / -3 )

This was the best outcome for the Mueller investigation; for the country and for Democrats. Any finding of conspiracy would’ve precipitated the mother of all political hitstorms. This way we avoid MAGA nuts being triggered to violent reaction.

And of course the other investigations!
