As if older women can't be raped, or that a woman's looks matter to a rapist when he finds an opportunity, or - more accurately - as if Jean wasn't beautiful at 50, which she certainly was.

This is a civil trial, not criminal - there is no guilty or innocent...one side convinces a judge or jury through a preponderance of the evidence that the claimant's accusations are true, or they're not.

On one side you have a noted journalist with a distinguished career, and on the other you have the guy that bragged about assaulting women on tape, has 25 other accusers, and is on record attending many "parties" with his neighbor and BFF Jeffry Epstein...

Then the claimant put herself on the stand to testify while the defendant took off overseas dodging going under oath...likely at the pleading of his lawyer...
