Surely Trump doesn't have anything to hide

Motions to quash a subpoena based on being overly broad or designed to harass are often one of the very first arguments made once a subpoena has been issued and the responding party is fighting the subpoena. It seems as though Trump's lawyers are either repeating this same argument, or they are doing so very late in the game. The U.S. Supreme Court has already decided the New York D.A. is entitled to the tax records. Given the posture of this filing, and if Trump's lawyers have already argued this point, I am thinking that sanctions against Trump and his lawyers would be warranted.

He's only showing that he is GUILTY. Why does he keep stalling otherwise? What's his excuse?

Democrats keep forgetting you need to be convicted of a crime in order to be guilty of something, Trump is not guilty of any crime, therefore he is not guilty and he is the absolute right to keep his record secret, especially if he knows the Democrats are going to try to use that against him for him during this election, I would do so as well.

Surely liberals have better things to do than force people to disclose their tax records which are supposed to be a private matter between taxpayers and the IRS.

We've already seen his 2005 return in which he paid a higher percentage in taxes than Obama and Bernie Sanders.
