I like the part where the judge specifically warned defendant Trump that tampering with witnesses or retaliation against witnesses is a crime and required him to verbally acknowledge that he understood.

The judge also specifically warned him that while he could remain silent anything he says can be used against him.

Judges have wide latitude in imposing sentences and as long as the sentence isn't egregious, it stands.
