"Lots of good things are happening," said Trump,

People are fighting, people are dying... All good...!

before adding: "Israel will have to do something that will be good for the other side."

"And if they don't, there's nothing I can do about it."

The sad thing for the current conflict for Israel is that they have multiple deep-rooted issues to resolve in an ever volatile and already antagonistic environment.

Like Israel, Trump and the USA is involved in multitudes of conflicts where almost all are antagonistic domestically as well as globally.

It will be an extremely difficult deal. But, one thing is certain, the outstanding issues would be identified, clarified, defined and presented (biased or not/liked or not) Trump style in a "direct" manner forcing all concerned to really "think through". By and In that process his plans which may be his proposals may change shape and form, but then all plans and proposals do and are expected to change. No one has all the facts and the ability to get 100% best and correct answers to anything except may be in mathematics.

And it is starting that "process" that Trump is good at and as with N Korea, he may get some kind of a "start" (not an immediate result) in resolving the actual issues at hand to bring peace. (The problem always has been the lack of the real clarification and addressing of the pragmatic (not idealistic or religious) issues at hand.)

If Israel moved to South Africa, and all of Jerusalem became an independent international state, not unlike the Vatican....

Israel will take all Palestinians' lands. Saudi, UAE and Jordan will do nothing to stop Israel taking Palestinians' land.
