Apparently even the mayor of Buffalo city has noted that this person is a known con-artist and has attempted to defraud the city before with some opportunistic lawsuit.

Watch the video in slow motion and you'll see the blood is fake, it flows way too quickly, way too steadily and way too soon from a simple fall like that.

I agree and as much as the police department needs serious reform and a much needed community outreach, this guy shouldn’t have been there in the first place as frail as he was and as volatile the situation was.
