Pollution tomorrow ? Who cares, as long as we have cash today.

Trump and the GOP continue their march back in time to the 1950's when big car, big oil, gas and coal were clearly in charge and free to pollute.
The US did have great music then. Jazz at its heyday, real R&B, the birth of rock.
And heavily polluted air.
Time for the aging US leaders to stand down. The baby boomers have messed things bigly and Gen X is no better.
Gens Y and Z are being stiffed.
How's Trumpcare(jacknada) coming along?

Hey, don't go blaming gen X! We were getting stiffed by the baby boomers too!

And what are you doing about it?

I speak British English. What does the American English “environmental protection agency” mean?
Sneezy
Hello Goodlucktoyou. I've had a think about this and run it by some UK friends of mine, and "environmental protection agency" (or "EPA") in British English translates as "figleaf".

Surviving mostly, how about you? I write to people in congress, senate, and even the president (all the way up to the current one that doesn't listen...).
And to add insult to injury, a lot of the younger generations I've been talking and working with are pretty disinterested in voting and citizen participation in government or paying attention to whats going on outside their little bubble.
I just mentioned about the emergency system through FEMA was going to be re-"branded" the "presidential alert system" thanks to ego in chief and none of them were aware enough of what's going on in our own country.
