How can anyone defend Trump on this? It's akin to saying there is an immigration crisis, so we should transport undocumented immigrants farther from the border at government expense.

Good. Keep up the pressure, day in day out. We cannot have a criminal as president.
Let’s get cracking. Televised hearings will be effective in exposing to sunlight what this maladministration is all about.

Yep. Keep it up... and ensure his re-election in 2020.

Having video of McGahn saying that Trump asked him to fire Mueller will be played heavily, as will his response as to why he didn't do it. Right now we have a report on paper but I think it will be better to hear it from those involved how Trump tried to obstruct justice. And get them all to talk.

The Mueller probe wasn't about Russian collusion. Everyone already knew that there was none The Mueller probe was meant to hide as many Democrat crimes as possible.
Yep. Keep it up... and ensure his re-election in 2020.
Yeah, Democrats, keep it up so we have a landslide Trump victory in 2020.

It is a waste of time, just like the impeachment of Clinton was. But it makes money for news organizations, since they get to cover it 28 hrs a day.
Congress should get back to work, solving problems they can actually solve.

It's amazing how desperate the Democrats, Hillary worshippers, and foreigners, have become over their repeated failures to overturn the last Presidential election. The FBI, and DOJ, should be investigating the behavior of it's own leadership/agents for pushing the phoney, unverified, Steele report as a legitimate reason to waste taxpayer money for political purposes.
Pelosi seems to be the Speaker-in-name-only of the House. She did counsel elected Democrats to go after the facts, not resort to "passion or prejudice". But what are the odds of that actually happening? Passion and prejudice have become the Democrat Party mantra.
It's the radical, incoming, socialist, Democrat freshmen who have undermined Pelosi's authority. Does it really matter any more what Pelosi tells her elected Democrats?
Strangerland
The Democrats have made literally zero attempts to overturn the election.
It’s sad when people lack the intelligence to see that the lies they are being told in the bubble are lies.

I'm amazed that the Democrats are so determined to elevate VP Pence to President Mike Pence.
If Jerrold what's-his-name wants to officially hear testimony from former White House Counsel Don McGahn, he's going to have to take the issue before the SCOTUS, first. A case that I'm sure Jerrold and friends will lose. Of course, this new loss will come as a great shock to most Democrats. Almost as much as the "no collusion" finding of the Mueller investigation, but not nearly as much as Hillary's 2nd failed attempt to become POTUS.
