Donald Trump said Sunday he has decided against testifying for a second time at his New York civil fraud trial, posting on social media that he “VERY SUCCESSFULLY & CONCLUSIVELY” testified last month and saw no need to appear again.

Delusional as ever. lol

$300 million and wants Trump banned from doing business in New York.

That’s chump change, if he gets fined, please start up your business in Texas or Florida

Sure, but it's going to be a big ding to his ego when he loses Trump Tower in New York and it gets renamed.

The lawyer, Alina Habba, said she had discouraged Trump from taking the stand because of the gag order that is in place. The same gag order was also in effect when he testified in November.

Yeah right. The gag order. That's why he isn't testifying. I'm pretty sure that his testimony shouldn't include making disparaging remarks about the law clerk.

That’s a shame. I wonder why he changed his mind.

As Trump wrote, and as is in the article if you dared to read, he has nothing more to say.

From the article.

“In recent days, Trump had been insistent on testifying again”

I wonder why he changed his mind.

Gotta read the whole thing.

Here; it's even in all capitals already:

“I HAVE ALREADY TESTIFIED TO EVERYTHING & HAVE NOTHING MORE TO SAY,"

That’s chump change,

True...his supporters chump change...the money they were conned out of by the "chump"...

He's worth an estimated $2.6bn. But, so over 10% of his net worth. But as it is all tied up in real estate and mortgages, he's going to have sell something.

So Trump finally learned that opening his mouth is a bad idea when facts matter. 20 yrs too late. Oh well, at least he's learned something.

No need to testify again his expert clearly showed there was no accounting fraud.

same expert the government used in their previous cases against against others. So he’s credible and legitimate.

Too bad though, Letitia had already made her video about Trump’s testimony that he hadn’t even given yet and now won’t.

I’m intrigued. Is this yet another story the MSM doesn’t report but conspiracy theory outlets do?

Fascinating.

Blacklabel

No need to testify again his expert clearly showed there was no accounting fraud.

His expert did no such thing, and it was a waste of time because the judge has already determined that there was repeated accounting fraud. Wow, that was a waste of $900,000!

same expert the government used in their previous cases against against others. So he’s credible and legitimate.

Credible, legitimate, and a complete waste of money and time.

“I HAVE ALREADY TESTIFIED TO EVERYTHING & HAVE NOTHING MORE TO SAY,"

The feeble-minded MAGA base think ALL CAPS makes their Lord ‘n’ Savior even more authoritative. As does wearing a skin tight shirt on a buff, tough bod.

You need to keep up with events - the judge has already determine he committed fraud and was liable - this is just determining the damages...

same expert the government used in their previous cases against against others. So he’s credible and legitimate.

Like Mike Lindell...

ROFL...

When will the victim of this heinous crime testify?

Say… who is the victim of this heinous crime?

This trial had better be worth it, because it does seem odd that a US Presidential candidate is in court… the US ain’t Russia right

He would be destroyed on cross. He would perjure himself. He would incriminate himself in his other criminal cases.

Oh and he is a coward. So there’s that as well.

6 ( +6 / -0 )

the judge has already determined that there was repeated accounting fraud.

Yeah how odd. how did he determine this without hearing any experts?

the judge is an expert in this area more than the expert?

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

So the judge (not an expert) has already decided so doesn’t matter what anyone testified?

Nothing can change based on testimony of experts?

sounds like a rigged trial to me?

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

Yeah how odd. how did he determine this without hearing any experts?

He listened to experts. He made his judgment based on experts’ investigations.

Come on now.
