Liberals lie more than conservatives. Riiight. Let's take a look at where conservatives get their news:

https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/fox-news/

Now, let's look at how often Fox "News" pushes lies:

https://www.politifact.com/punditfact/tv/fox/

Now, let's look at Trump's record of lying:

https://www.politifact.com/personalities/donald-trump/statements/byruling/false/

Any conservative care to respond with cites instead of their emotionally driven opinions?

I just hope this nightmare is over as soon as possible. And I hope that the next presidential term will elect a more prudent president. In the style of Obama, Clinton, Carter or Kennedy.

God, I sure hope not. That's the last thing we need, No to the Washington establishment and No to Socialism.

Eliminate Social Security, eliminate Medicare, and use the money to build tons and tons of nukes! What a great idea! God blesses ONLY the United States of America!

Come on, let the liberals have their Russian narrative, it’s the only thing that got to cling on to.

Mueller isnt a lberal, he seems to have the Russia narrative and plenty more to cling onto the last year

"I just hope this nightmare is over as soon as possible."

It ain't a nightmare, doug, it's a dream come true.

"And I hope that the next presidential term will elect a more prudent president. In the style of Obama, Clinton, Carter or Kennedy."

Oh, good heavens, no, doug, that's the last thing we need or want, especially the first three you mentioned.

Trump and his government are destroying the international treaties that balanced stability in the world. Not even Bush Jr. did. And that is a danger to the future that could unleash a low-intensity war, a prelude to World War 3.

I just hope this nightmare is over as soon as possible. And I hope that the next presidential term will elect a more prudent president. In the style of Obama, Clinton, Carter or Kennedy.

Again, this is Trump rhetoric to make all aware that Russia "may" be a part of the agreement, but China, Iran, N Korea and even India and Pakistan are not part of it, even though they may have agreed to the nuclear non-proliferation agreements. It also gives "warning" to China with their island fortresses in S China Sea where they now have missile capabilities besides naval and air stations. In any case, Russia now has access to 1/4 of US uranium which Russia with their space and nuclear technology can easily produce mid-range nuclear missiles.

Trump is not a fool to claim Russia has tested such missiles without enough evidence. He knows that Bush claims for the gulf war still resonates with deception. He cannot afford to make such errors.

However, he needs to warn all other countries of the dangers from all nuclear powers and to effect Russia and especially China to stop their military ambitions. It just happens that the treaty which was signed when US and Russia were the most powerful nations. As with trade negotiations and agreements, it is time for a new and better agreement including other nuclear nations.

Yeah, but the concept of a lie did not even exist within the universe

So now the liberals created the universe? You guys are slipping.

-7 ( +0 / -7 )

oh please nobody spreads more lies with no facts to back their claims than Trump, nobody has perfected "the art of the lie" more so than him

Oh, no....the liberals have made it an art form since 1998, deny, deny, deny.

So Putin told Trump to withdraw from this and he complied? Nope

Come on, let the liberals have their Russian narrative, it’s the only thing that got to cling on to.

-8 ( +0 / -8 )

Someway, somehow, Trump seems to get China involved with things that aren't normally associated with them....

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Forget Trump, Democrats would have been put under the jail.

oh please nobody spreads more lies with no facts to back their claims than Trump, nobody has perfected "the art of the lie" more so than him

7 ( +7 / -0 )

lol , if that was the case Trump would have been arrested long ago.

Forget Trump, Democrats would have been put under the jail.

-9 ( +0 / -9 )

Isn't there some law against spreading wild conspiracy theories about candidates before an election?

lol , if that was the case Trump would have been arrested long ago.

9 ( +9 / -0 )

...and make sure to body slam any of their Deep state MSM reporters if they try to say trump didn’t do this at Putin’s behest.

5 ( +5 / -0 )

So Putin told Trump to withdraw from this and he complied? Nope

Yep. Plausible deniability. Everyone knows it’s true, even though the deep state right-wing MSM is putting out fake news pretending it’s not.

Lock him up.

Conservatives are arguing with the liberals in their heads again.

Funny that conservatives think the Russians aren't attempting to influence the midterms, but swallow without question Trump asserting the Chinese are.

5 ( +5 / -0 )

Trump is a puppet who does what he is told by Putin always! Except this time. And that time and the other time and those other times.

Midterm elections will show us how voters feel about the liberal narratives. No electoral college or Russians to blame this time.

-9 ( +0 / -9 )

So Putin told Trump to withdraw from this and he complied? Nope

-8 ( +1 / -9 )

One would wonder why you'd need intermediate nuclear missiles regardless of treaties.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

what happened to the Trump is Russia’s Puppet narrative? Did you guys finally give up on that?

I wouldnt say theyve given up , theres so many piles of steaming "narratives" of Trumps making its difficult to remember which pile is which when the whole place stinks of Trumps "narratives"

6 ( +7 / -1 )

Once again we see Trump doing his Master's (Putin) bidding. Putin has flouted this treaty for years with a new series of intermediate range cruise missiles.

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2017/mar/08/russia-cruise-missile-violates-treaty-us-general

Yet he knew he'd get criticized by the West if he formally pulled out and it would also set back his goal of getting relief from Western economic sanctions. Trump has solved that problem for him. I wonder what the quid pro quo was - keeping Trump's Russian oligarch loans secret or more help and interference in the 2018 and 2020 election?

7 ( +7 / -0 )

"Nothing better than an arms race to help boost a failing economy"

Denial much?

-11 ( +0 / -11 )

Hilarious how just because we are letting Mueller's investigation run its course conservatives think we've given up on thinking Trunp is Putin's lapdog.

Even funnier is how conservatives think that Trump funneling more money into weapons manufacturing and using an unfounded assertion that Russia is the reason means Trump isn't Putin's puppet.

Logic isn't strong on the right.

7 ( +8 / -1 )

So instead of looking for a way to stop the alleged breaches of the INF - and God forbid, perhaps even reduce the number of nukes - his position is to pull out of the agreement ( no doubt because Obama renewed it), and build more nukes.  Just what the world needs, more weapons that can/will destroy us all.  Still haunts me that in an interview with the (actually booming) NYT he asked: why do we keep building nukes if we don't use them?  This is his level of understanding.  Perhaps he thinks that they have a "best by" date on them and he doesn't want to waste taxpayer money.  And the scariest thing is that this excuse of a man has the sole right to launch them.

9 ( +9 / -0 )

They give it up only if there is something else that can topple the President, the fake Russia narrative is fallback insurance policy.

-7 ( +2 / -9 )

But what happened to the Trump is Russia’s Puppet narrative? Did you guys finally give up on that?

-7 ( +3 / -10 )

Making more weapons is stupid. Just because someone makes X, doesn't mean you have to respond with X'. There are other existing deterrents already in the field.

Trump wants to spend money that isn't his. Hopefully, the adults will stop him.

12 ( +12 / -0 )

Remember, Rex Tillerson's infamous "moron" comment was in response to Trump's total lack of understanding of even the basics of United States nuclear policy... any time I hear Trump and Nuclear in the same sentence, I get nervous. You should too.

14 ( +14 / -0 )

Nothing better than an arms race to help boost a failing economy. Well, that and war.

8 ( +9 / -1 )

This should be interesting....

Trump and the GOP are running up the largest budget deficit in years. https://www.businessinsider.com/us-budget-deficit-779-billion-highest-since-2012-2018-10

And now Trump and the the nuclear branch of the 'MIC' want to spend TRILLIONS more of taxpayers' moneys.

https://www.defensenews.com/breaking-news/2017/10/31/americas-nuclear-weapons-will-cost-12-trillion-over-the-next-30-years/

Trump, the GOP and the 'global elites' they serve continue to ignore healthcare (especially for those outside their caste - BTW How's the opioid crisis being dealt with?), future employment concerns, the environment, developing alternatives to burning so much oil and gas, infrastructure, among others.

Gens X, Y and Z: you're inheriting a mess.

18 ( +18 / -0 )

Just a transfer of funds from the taxpayers to Lockheed Martin to produce more billion dollar useless tin cans.

You're badmouthing your boy again.

*President Donald Trump said Saturday he will pull the United States from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty because Russia has violated the agreement, but he provided no details on the violations.*

This is the MO of Trump and his supporters. Make outrageous claims without any evidence and expect the rest of us to go along with their self-deception.
