Because Obama NEVER got that treatment from the Saudis and the way they talk about Trump, also as a businessman, they can both help each other. 

"Each other" being the key phrase there. The House of Saud helps Donald Trump, Donald Trump helps the House of Saud. Never mind about anyone else.

I'm not a huge fan of the Saudis, but they are an instrumental ally in the fight against radical Jihadism.

Seeing as radical Jihadism largely comes from Saudi Arabia, I wouldn't value their services as allies all that highly. But do carry on over-simplifying everything so that you can find an excuse for just about anything Trump does.
