I'm beginning to warm to Donald Trump, if nothing else he is, at least, entertaining.

“Go back to Univision.”

Note the innuendo in "go back to . . ." As if Univision were an unwanted foreign presence. Univision is based in America, just not in Trump's America.

Trump's candidacy is based on chauvinism.

6 ( +10 / -4 )

So, Republicans: how's that rebranding going?

4 ( +10 / -6 )

Ramos got the last laugh when a Trump staffer got in his face and said 'Get out of our country' and he calmy replied 'I'm an American citizen.' Shortly after that he was invited to return to continue questioning Trump. I'd score that a win in the Ramos column.

3 ( +7 / -4 )

The Trump plan to build the Great Trump Wall has been leaked and you guessed it, they are going to use illegal immigrants to build it. Like most construction in the USA today. Will keep the costs down I guess. Trump does not want to see his business go bankrupt again. Think that has happened four times already.

But God bless Trump and his red hat. He is the perfect leader for the republican party. Rich, racist and ridiculous.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

Donald Trump has done the impossible - he got conservatives to hate Fox News

3 ( +3 / -0 )

@kcjapan Ramos clearly was talking over another reporter when it wasn't his turn. Care to prove otherwise?

2 ( +4 / -2 )

Fox News and Megyn Kelly are so butthurt, I guess they can't take it when they're thoroughly put in their place. I get the same impression from the rest of the Republican sheep flock who's bleatings all sound and taste the same. One good that could be said about The Trump is that he's exposed how pathetic the rest of the pack are

2 ( +2 / -0 )

America has had a feeble president and USA lost lots of respect in the last 7 years.

More misinformation from the bubble. The world actually has a pretty favourable attitude towards the U.S.:

"Note the innuendo in "go back to . . ." As if Univision were an unwanted foreign presence. Univision is based in America, just not in Trump's America. Trump's candidacy is based on chauvinism."

@plasticmonkey.

Complete baloney. Univision is a second rate or third rate TV station/provider. What Ramos did---interrupt another reporter---was second rate. It's fine if you don't like the man or his policies but try to call it straight.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Why are so many trying really hard to tie trump to the Republican party

Lets see, Trump is a republican and he is leading in the polls for the party nomination. I guess that would make him a republican. Or maybe he just fooling everyone and he really is in the Whig Party.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Maybe we'll all get an early Christmas present, and The Donald will have burn out by then.

1 ( +3 / -2 )

"This article is propaganda." - comments

Don't worry Rodger Ailes will get it fixed up, right?

1 ( +2 / -1 )

@zurconium, kudos on the steel trap logic. Waiting for FizzBit to refute the reality that Trump is not, in fact, a Republican. If he is not, then how the hail does he get to participate in all the official GOP debates?

1 ( +2 / -1 )

"A few years into the future, in the last chapter of the history of that then nonexistent country, formerly known as the United States, will be called "Trump Elected President". That is the end. Not too far off. And with his junior high school boy temper tantrums, human existence will end when he sets off all the atom bombs because someone made a remark about his hair."

Ridiculous post.

Note the innuendo in "go back to . . ." As if Univision were an unwanted foreign presence. Univision is based in America, just not in Trump's America.

Trump's candidacy is based on chauvinism.

I met Jorge 20 years ago, nice guy, powerful man, he's got a huge audience base that spans throughout most of Latin America, the man is somewhat of an instigator and he believes in open borders and thinks that he has the right to bum rush anyone at any event he feels like sticking. He was rude, yes, he is very influential, but you can't knock Trump for being pissed off, I would be too. Nothing chauvinistic about it, Ramos was rude, plain and simple!

He has been entertaining me. Let him keep going, he will be burned out. He is doing a big favor for the Democrats.

Oh, so you think Hillary will get it? Or how about Bernie? ROFL! A habitual liar and a socialist, Yeah, that'll be good for the White House.

Donald Trump has done the impossible - he got conservatives to hate Fox News

Not hate, just they want Fox to give Donald a pass and they didn't and won't, Kudos to them.

The Trump plan to build the Great Trump Wall has been leaked and you guessed it, they are going to use illegal immigrants to build it.

So what's wrong with that? If they get paid 40K, who cares?

Like most construction in the USA today. Will keep the costs down I guess. Trump does not want to see his business go bankrupt again. Think that has happened four times already.

And he used the bankruptcy laws as they were intended to be used, so what's your point?

But God bless Trump and his red hat. He is the perfect leader for the republican party. Rich, racist and ridiculous.

But Carson is rich, Cruz, Rubio and Jindal are also rich and Republican, are they also racists? They can't be ridiculous, we already have a guy that has been in the WH and ridiculous for the last 7 years.

Lets see, Trump is a republican and he is leading in the polls for the party nomination. I guess that would make him a republican. Or maybe he just fooling everyone and he really is in the Whig Party.

Just because he says he is a Republican doesn't make him a true conservative. If you libs would take the time to look at his voting record over the years and the positions he previously stood for, there is NOT a bit or iota of conservativeness in that man. He's trying, but on a serious not, he is as blue as they come. A tiger never changes its stripes.

1 ( +4 / -3 )

Trump's a racist pig. Let him spend his billions as an independent. He'll sooner or later go broke. This guy is a loose cannon that I shudder to think would ever have the ability to hit the nuclear missile button. Better to have some poor dog in the US blow him away.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Another reporter, I believe, was questioning Mr. Trump, when Mr. Ramos took the floor.

0 ( +4 / -4 )

The reporter was disruptive! Trump was interrupted and reacted. Perfectly acceptable in anyone's point of view. And he did allow questions after the incident.

More respect than a rope line keeping reporters away in a public street.

Not to mention Ramos is not exactly for the greater good of the USA.

0 ( +10 / -10 )

"As he was taken from the room, Ramos said, “You cannot build a 1,900-mile (3,000 kilometers) wall,” another proposal in Trump’s plan." - article

Trump at his finest hour. Trump doesn't like those anchor baby foreigners asking him stuff so he unleashes the bulldog on him. (Also of note Trumps later appointed himself fence builder in chief, because, you know, he's a builder and another GOP-Tea crackpot with his salivating jaws locked around the US Treasury.)

Trump's complete lack of self control is what his fans like best; an out of control racist who thinks he knows all the answers and isn't timid about violently reacting to rational discourse.

Matter of fact, that's the exact character the GOP-Tea has been cooking up in their meth lab of rabid politics for the past thirty years. Big surprise a self avowed genius half wit rises above the GOP-Tea cluster fest and out crazies the crazies.

Trump has decided that being the craziest joker in the deck is an easy pass to self destruction for himself and America. Since these carnival barker tactics are all Trump has to offer, how long does he think he can keep banging the pot on his head and calling everyone a loser?

Still, Trump is all the GOP-Tea has left to carry their banner of misogynist racism and megalomania and he's a damn good choice for the role of Emperor. He sure enjoys his act where "release the hounds" is the punchline.

0 ( +4 / -4 )

@plasticmonkey, the really pathetic thing is that the problem Trump has with Univision has nothing to do with the lives of ordinary Americans. He's steamed that they dropped his beauty pageant after a previous Trump outburst. Airing out this business related dirty laundry is just embarrassing for Trump. But I suppose a few of his fans will claim Trump is able to transcend business feuds on the campaign trail.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

This article is propaganda. Notice how it doesn't bother to link the youtube video of the incident, even though it easily could. If you watch the actual incident, Ramos was clearly out of line and started talking over another reporter. Compare and contrast how Trump handled this to how Bernie handled the BLM nut-jobs and it's night and day. Trump actually handled this very well, but the article is intent on not letting facts get in the way of a narrative. Propaganda, not journalism. Shame on Thomas Beaumont and the AP.

0 ( +6 / -6 )

Media bias attempt again! You have it right Illyas. I did watch the video, Ramos (who has a pro illegal immigrant agenda) was out of order and disruptive. Trump was a bit abrasive but it was handled correctly. Ramos needed to be escorted out of the room for the press conference to be productive.

Definitely not worse than the rope line Hillary employed a couple months ago.

0 ( +6 / -6 )

He has been entertaining me. Let him keep going, he will be burned out. He is doing a big favor for the Democrats.

0 ( +2 / -2 )

Trump blowing his top at a reporter asking a question out of turn makes me wonder how he would act as POTUS. Scary thought for sure.

0 ( +2 / -2 )

No Bull Attitude? Maybe in an alternate universe. He seems to espouse nothing but. Rather than serious policies, he lives for the soundbite, the more offensive the better. And the media laps it up, both the mainstream and the extreme fringes.

Given the history of dirty politics in the US (McCain's Black Baby and Swiftboats for Justice to give just two examples), why aren't people giving Donald both barrels? I am surprised he can close his closet for the number of skeletons.

Trump and Hillary are two sides of the same coin. Both have been given too many free passes and too much air time.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

This is the leader for the GOP and Republicans in general, people; Mr. Trump. Tells you a lot about the party when he is winning in DOUBLE DIGITS, despite people like bass4funk and others saying "it's over" time again and again before he became MORE popular in the party!

It's quite hilarious! Now even GOP members are starting to believe what has been true for ages: they are merely a party for white, privileged men. Trump has proven that with his "plans" and his remarks towards Hispanics and women. If he's accomplished one good thing so far, then, it's that some GOPers are actually, and not just saying it this time, doing a LITTLE soul searching.

0 ( +2 / -2 )

MarkG: I think people like Trump is his No Bull attitude. America has had a feeble president and USA lost lots of respect in the last 7 years. I think most supporters want the strength Trump seems to project. PC takes a back seat, as it should. We've gone too far.

Plus, he's a sexist bigot. But that obviously wouldn't interest you.

FizzBit: Why are so many trying really hard to tie trump to the Republican party.

@bass. You're killing it.

A tiger never changes its stripes.

Bass, you're always on fire. Kudos pal, kudos-

0 ( +3 / -3 )

So is it fair to say that a Democrat is dominanting all Republican candidates? That can't be good for the GOP.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

Hillary is also very rich too. Biden is rich also and if you look at his tax returns, he only gives a minimum amount to charity. I guess he is one of those liberals who says that "his time" that he gives to liberal causes is worth more than giving monetary donations.

No, there is a distinct difference! There huge difference: Rich liberals get a pass and Rich conservatives should pay more because, we just don't like conservatives. If you are liberal and rich it's acceptable you can keep some money, if you are rich and conservative, we need to take all of your money.

0 ( +2 / -2 )

Why do people cite Trump's 4 bankruptcies while in the same breath saying he's too rich to relate to average voters? Double think, anyone?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

@kcjapan

Non-sequitur deflection.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Trump blowing his top at a reporter asking a question out of turn makes me wonder how he would act as POTUS. Scary thought for sure.

Bernie allowing BLM to steal his microphone and ramble on for 10 minutes make me wonder how he would act as POTUS. Scary thought for sure.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

So is it fair to say that a Democrat is dominanting all Republican candidates? That can't be good for the GOP.

Depends on how you're looking at the polls.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Seriously? For the sake of the democratic process, there has to be a combined effort to put Trump out of the race. Talk about an unelectable candidate. He's offended half the population with his misogynistic diatribes. He's alienated immigrants. His name amongst veterans is a joke for his poorly-conceived jib at John McCain (soon to become a Hollywood Blockbuster entitled "The Chicken Hawk Has Landed"), etc. He's also taken a sideswipe at Japanese auto manufacturers who have been rude enough to make cars in America. Admittedly, Trump might give great soundbites in a Vince McMahon type of way, but is he really presidential material? The republicans, the democrats, every legally sane individual needs to get involved to make Donald and his wig history.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

All journalists including Ramos is deeply subjective and serves some group’s interests. All journalists constantly express opinions and present the world in accordance with their deeply subjective biases, whether they honestly admit doing so or dishonestly pretend they don’t. Demands for "neutrality” and “objectivity” are little more than rules designed to shield those with the greatest power from meaningful challenge.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

Finally! Someone has the sense to point out that bankruptcy is what the GOP-Tea wants!

They've been working on it since AWOL Bush's big push.

Sure, Trump, there's a casino owner you can trust. God Save America from the GOP-Tea.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

I think people like Trump is his No Bull attitude. America has had a feeble president and USA lost lots of respect in the last 7 years. I think most supporters want the strength Trump seems to project. PC takes a back seat, as it should. We've gone too far.

-3 ( +4 / -7 )

Not very Presidential, Mr. Trump. Statements like this make you even more unelectable than Mrs. Clinton.

I suppose I should call over 50 yr old white men with comb-overs pedophiles too? That would be just as valid as describing Mexican immigrants in the U.S. illegally as “criminals” and “rapists.” It is true for a few people in both populations, so to Mr. Trump, that makes it true 100%.

I do agree that people in the USA illegally are criminals - that is what someone who violates a law is called - a criminal. Right?

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

"I think people like Trump is his No Bull attitude. America has had a feeble president and USA lost lots of respect in the last 7 years. I think most supporters want the strength Trump seems to project. PC takes a back seat, as it should. We've gone too far."

LMAO! Funniest comment I've read in a long time! Keep up the jokes, Mark!

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

Trump was a democrat 10 years ago. And he also called for universal health care. How Republican is that?

What world do you live in?

Certainly one not ruled be the MSM.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

Why are so many trying really hard to tie trump to the Republican party. He is not party politics. Your all making yourself look foolish by doing so. Any Party politician loves the MSM. Trump does not.
