Obama never cared about the market or about the GDP, he had 8 years to revise the tax code and didn’t do it, he was content with having a measly 2.5 GDP, that’s on them. Now I hope Trump doesn’t get suckered in by the idiots in congress to sign another out of control budget nightmare that on more Democrat entitlements.

Not really surprised. The US (regardless of party) always has budget issues and govt shutdowns. Curious though, how can we have border security if the govt shuts down? They sent federal employees home such as those in national park. Are border patrol exempt like the military (work without pay...slavery) or does the military step in while they're gone?

Trump also got suckered into signing an establishment Republican tax cut that gave a majority of the savings to the rich with the minority going towards the working class.

Massive job creation, record low unemployment, North Korea disarming and coming to the negotiation table with the US President for the first time EVER, Illegal immigration down. Terrible trade deals being re-negotiated. I think that's a pretty frigging good first year and a half.
