It set a bad precedent, created a Streisand Effect and conspiracy.

The Hannity interview was classic - here you had Hannity who called Trump's election fraud claims "mind-blowingly nuts" and "BS" groveling and fawning all over him...

The best part was Sean trying to give Trump an opening to claim he never stole the classified - and Trump saying each time "I was authorized to take it"...then Sean sheepishly saying "Let's move on".....

I can’t stand Biden, but I want to hear what he has to say, he will not go and talk or answer any hard hitting questions, contrast with Trump to the disagreement to many conservatives at least he interviewed with a lot of liberal reporters as President.
