"Right. So your new-found rant against the 'MSM' means a rant against the elements of the 'MSM' you don't like. Just say CNN and msnbc in future and continue your defence of Fox as part of the 'MSM'. It's more accurate."

"When CNN and msnbc can uphold their journalistic integrity and give Trump a fair shake, then we will see. I don't expect you to understand, that's ok. In this business, you can hold the presidents feet to the fire, you should, you should scrutinize, but also, you need to be fair and I have been doing this too long and the love fest, the handling of the MSM have for anything liberal or politicians, presidents is off the charts and the handling of conservatives or a Republican president is totally different."

Right, so your rant is against elements of the MSM you don't like. Thought so. Just say Fox is ok and CNN and msnbc are not.

She won more votes than Trump but didn't command a majority of the vote.

I'd like to correct my statement that a majority of the US electorate voted for Clinton.

LMAO

She won more votes than Trump but didn't command a majority of the vote.

And? Jim, next Saturday, Trump will be on the podium putting his hand on the bible, it's over, No one is listening, nothing was rigged, the electoral college system Trump one and that's it. Nothing else matters, can or will be changed because a bunch of liberals and Dems are not happy with the outcome, many of us on the right weren't happy with Obama's win, but we didn't go nutty or stage huge protests, we're a lot smarter, less emotional and more methodically about how to prepare for the next cycle and it paid off. But I love the left (I(m talking about in the US) complain, moan and groan. Now they understand what the right went through for the last 8 years.

The famous slur from Mr.Trump in his Apprentice shows was: You're fired! I think all the members in his cabinet understood this before making contradictiby opinions and prepared to be Fired!

"She won more votes than Trump"

Trump won more votes in 30 out of 50 states, and, excluding nutty California, more votes overall.

Trump has 'very specific plans' for first 100 days:

"Yes, but have you turned your guns on Fox News and The Washington Post too?"

"No, because at least most of them try to see both sides of the coin before overreacting and the coverage was fair from the conservative to the liberal pendants on the network. By the way, does CNN or msnbc have ANY conservatives?"

No, because at least most of them try to see both sides of the coin before overreacting and the coverage was fair from the conservative to the liberal pendants on the network. By the way, does CNN or msnbc have ANY conservatives?

Do you know why he does not care now?

How do you know he doesn't care, did you ask him?

Because he has been saying all these good promises with NO IDEA.

Obama did that a lot and yet, you never complained, why is that?

He is just a sad twitter president with no value and ideology. I would like him to be arrested, handcuffed and sent jail. This man is a total fraud.

Many of us felt the same about Obama, but then we realized it's all a dream world fantasy.

"More American people voted for not having Trump as POTUS"

Yeah, but that's counting all those California flakes who want to secede from the U.S. anyway, lol.

Oh my...

"Thank you electoral college AND American people!!"

Thank the electoral college for installing Trump and thank the majority of the US electorate for voting Clinton?

Thank you electoral college AND American people!! Less than a week to go and America will be on the road to greatness again!

trust them blindly to be fair and honest with their reporting

Quoting Trump verbatim serves even the harshest critic's agenda.

bass4funkJAN. 14, 2017 - 02:08PM JST Trump spending less time tweeting trash must be a good thing for everyone. Speak for yourself. Many of us like it.

Yes, but you don't like it because it's informative or intellectually useful. Objectively speaking, Trump's tweets aren't. You like them because they push your emotional buttons and make you feel good about the team you're on being in power. That's not politics, that's masturbation.

And there's nothing wrong with masturbation, but the President and his followers should probably learn not to do it in public.

Not sure if anyone saw the confirmation hearing of Rep. Mike Pompeo. If not, go check it out.

Rep. Pompeo is being considered for CIA chief. He was asked where he stood on some very serious issues pertaining to our national security.

Then, leftist loon Kamala Harris (D-Calif) began questioning him. One of her areas of great concern included his stance on of all things global warming. Rep. Pompeo dismissed her line of questioning by saying he was concentrating his priorities on working with CIA operatives who are charged with the task of keeping America safe from jihadists and other like-minded folks determined to destroy this country.

It was like she had wandered into the wrong committe meeting. It is great to see the adults once again taking back control of the U.S. at a time in history when we are at war with cyber hackers, radical Islam, etc. . . .

"As for the MSM, when did you suddenly turn against it after staunchly defending rightist elements in it and being employed by it?"

"I've always been adamant about the majority progressive left."

Yes, but have you turned your guns on Fox News and The Washington Post too? I don't remember rants against them in the days before your Damascene conversion to Trumpism.

5 ( +5 / -0 )

I still have my reservations, but if all Trump does is take down the CIA and military-industrial control of the country, it will make him one of the greatest presidents. I hope he survives, as many "tolerant" Americans seem they would actually support a CIA overthrow of a Democratically elected president. At least they are showing their true colors.

Thank you American people! Less than a week to go and America will be on the road to greatness again! you mean thank you electoral college! More American people voted for not having Trump as POTUS.

Of course Trump doesn't want a bunch of yes men in his cabinet

Sounds like the first hope I can see in Trump's administration, a cabinet not validating what he says !

Trump’s plans to build a Mexican border wall, reintroduce torture and to ignore the impact of climate change

Are those really what American voters want to transmit, as a legacy, to their children ? A wall, torture and a damaged earth ?

Of course Trump doesn't want a bunch of yes men in his cabinet. Oh, man, this incoming government is going to be soooooo much better than the incompetent mess we have now.

Trump urges Cabinet picks to 'be themselves' at hearings:

So has Trump said how he would respond to the Russian hacking?

6 ( +8 / -2 )

We have license to question the statement based on Trump's Twitter record.

Ok. then you are basically saying, Trump should tweet less and hurl himself in the trusted arms of the MSM and trust them blindly to be fair and honest with their reporting.

-13 ( +0 / -13 )

So we shouldn't believe him because the MSM and the intelligence agency say otherwise?

No, Bass. We have license to question the statement based on Trump's Twitter record.

Looks like the Americans have voted a possible Russian deep agent into the White House...

And to balance out Moonrakers interesting point, George Soros, who loves and funds Obama and Clinton and pays people to protest against Trump, sold out his fellow Jews to the Nazis and helped them be robbed and sent to concentration camps., So maybe both camps are no better than the other. I am finding Trump much more entertaining than Streep, he might end up at Goden Globe or what ever.

Interestingly, from Wikipedia: "Top officials reported to Hitler and followed his policies, but they had considerable autonomy. Officials were expected to "work towards the Führer" – to take the initiative in promoting policies and actions in line with his wishes and the goals of the Nazi Party, without Hitler having to be involved in the day-to-day running of the country. He often deferred making decisions, avoided clear delegation and allowed subordinates to compete with one another, especially in the pre-war years. The government was not a coordinated, co-operating body, but rather a disorganised collection of factions led by members of the party elite who struggled to amass power and gain the Führer's favour."

We believe you, Donald.

So we shouldn't believe him because the MSM and the intelligence agency say otherwise? They shot themseves in the foot, all of them, good luck with getting the credibility back from the people. All of these people and that includes the Democrats and the establishment Republicans, the more they try to pound Trump into the mud, the more popular and more support he gets. It keeps backfiring, what don't you people get? Gosh, these people are so dumb, it just gives me a bad migraine!

-12 ( +1 / -13 )

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump said Friday he's unconcerned some of his cabinet picks have contradicted him at their confirmation hearings

We believe you, Donald.
