If people did not wake up when Trump appointed his cabinet of billionaire oligarchs that his populism is fake, they will when the effects start propagating soon.
Remember when Trump set himself up as an enemy of Wall Street against crooked Hilary?

Pepperidge Farms remembers.
If you want to see a real populist reaction against 'elites', look no further than what happened in Midtown Manhattan last week.

They might be relived that a lot of their woes have changed. Poor people can’t solve this problem.
Yes, but that time the establishment swamp rats ruled supreme like the dinosaurs once did.

The left just refuse to let it go, seems an intentional choice to remain stuck in the Biden administration and miserable.
thought you guys liked joy and vibes? There are those now, in spades. America is back, baby!

Well, Trump isn’t inheriting the strong Obama economy this time around. No, he’s going to inherit the re-hashed Trump economy Biden was in the process of correcting, so this should be interesting.

When there is peace between Russia and Ukraine then there will still be down votes on this forum!

President-elect Donald Trump rang the opening bell Thursday at the New York Stock Exchange after being recognized for the second time by Time magazine as its person of the year. “I think we’re going to have a tremendous run. We have to straighten out some problems, some big problems in the world,” he said."
Good luck to him. US is going to regain the respect of the world after Biden's disastrous international policies. America's golden days are indeed coming. US voters made the right choice and the world will see better days as a result. Thanks and best wishes to our American friends.
Wasabi
the trump voter just do not care about this. The awakening will be hard for the US.

We'll take the praise of Americans and not America's enemies, thank you.

Sour grapes and jealousy is not healthy. Better support the incoming POTUS along with the rest of MAGA patriots in making America and the world a better place. The world once again looks to the US as a source of inspiration.

let's revisit in a year. what ya say?

He just saved us from it.
Yes.

My American friends appreciated the congratulations and good luck wishes following Trump's victory. The US is once again going to be a source of inspiration to the world. That some Democrat members and supporters are still bitter is inevitable yet understandable. Perhaps they will get over it with time. If not, better luck ( and candidate ) in four years time.

Sure, hopefully Trump will have a Nobel peace prize for bringing peace to Ukraine incoming by then. I'm optimistic.

The bootlickers of Time magazine will guarantee the end of this former influential and well read magazine.

It's been dead for years, looks like they wanted to revive it.

Great news, OPTIMISM & Markets = UP UP UP!!!
Trump wants an innovation economy, which requires regulatory relief, lower inflation and lower taxes!
If K. Harris had won, markets would be crashing, not booming. Grateful US pivoting away from wars, inefficient inflationary Govt. Sector overreach, spending, acting to destroy real purchasing power of ALL Currencies.
HopeSpringsEternal
What's not like markets Positive Reaction since NOV 5th?
Trump has a clear economic vision, and this requires stabilizing the world to build global economic trust, thus endless wars must end for Peace & Prosperity to Occur.
Wars=Currency Purchasing Power Destruction= Inflation
