I know that I've still got negatives of myself when I worked in a bakery/restaurant about 35 years ago. I mean, don't we all save photos of ourselves doing our part time jobs because we might be running for president one day?

As someone who is from California, and whose parents own businesses, this is not entirely true, not to mention you can’t access information on anyone’s work history, we did background checks all the time and there is no limit to as far back as an employer can go because this is about safeguarding my company and upholding employee safety and integrity standards.
