The UN is effective no more than the League of Nations were before they folded. Once you have so called permanent nations enpowered by their veto vote on things they don't like, the organization is finished and has no credibility.

Meanwhile Tuesday, a group of nationalistic Israelis began fencing in a building they had taken over in the mostly Arab neighborhood of Silwan a day earlier, with the help of a large police escort.
Silwan is perched on a steep hill near Jerusalem’s walled Old City, home to major Jewish, Muslim and Christian holy sites. It is part of east Jerusalem, captured by Israel from Jordan in the 1967 Mideast war and claimed by the Palestinians as a future capital.
So, it will never end. The roots of tomorrow's misery being planted today. How irrational is that?

You cannot occupy Palestine and blame others for act of violence. Few things are necessary for peace in ME:
Jews should take off blindfolds and see the atrocities committed by the Apartheid regime. Once blindfolds are off, vote out Zionists from power. Create a one state solution.
