Another day to be so proud of our new allies and so glad our old ally Saddam is gone.

And what will closer ties to Iran bring? Anyone's guess. But Iraq being hostile to those who want to get rid of theocracy sure does not sound good.

"Mission Accomplished".

It's a shame the average American attention span is so short, and certain memories so selective.

Even the rightwingnut's hated MSM has given up reporting on the daily carnage from the "diamond in the desert".

This coming from a man who only started caring about dead Iraqis after a certain date.... Before that? Go get 'em, Saddam. Just keep it buried in the back of the newspaper somewhere.

The reporting of the carnage stopped because the carnage was decreasing. Check it out yourself. Any months where violence increased there was a thread about it on Japan Today. Any month there was a decrease in violence there was no thread reporting it.

"This coming from a man who only started caring about dead Iraqis after a certain date...."

Hey - you were told not to go. Protests of millions of people in each capital cities from New York and London and Tokyo.

Hundreds of thousands dead, your bodycount, since the date you're refering to.

Yep, I think you've hit the nail on the head.

"Before that? Go get 'em, Saddam"

Oh, maybe I've got the wrong date afterall? I mean when Sadam was killing at his most efficient, it was under Western guidance and with Western supplies and Western approval. One of the people involved in fabricating the case to invade, and coincidently making an utter balls-up of the invasion was actually a special envoy to Saddam.

Heh, you guys haven't got a pot to piss in. The pre-emptive doctrine has been an abject failure, the future is at best un-ceratin, and the experiment has cost hundreds of thousands of lives to date.

Give it up already....

Madverts" Hundreds of thousands dead, your bodycount, since the date you're refering to.

Huh?

Just pretend this happened in 1989 and it was done by Saddam and he killed 10 times more people. I'm sure you'll find your outrage meter will hover somewhere around 0.

"John Kerry on Thursday called it a "massacre."

He would know all about massacres.
