With all due respect Wanderlust, I think it's probably a pimple on the backside of their legacy of misused and vanished funds to Iraq. Didn't they lose a pallet of freeze-wrapped $100 bills to the tune of 12 billion dollars?

100's of miilions wasted in many areas if the auditors cared to look. And why does america think anyone would buy in to what they want, the host countries generally do not want anything american.
