Exactly. ISIS would have been nipped in the bud if Obama had allowed the army to maintain a presence in Iraq.

Of course, with this new condition, basically he will have to stay in Afghanistan forever.

The problem was, Obama was so concerned and focused about ONLY getting out, he never cared what everyone was advising him, he was largely elected to end wars and thats what he did without worrying about the ramifications. But NO ONE tells this man what to do and NO one can give him advice because he's Mr. Know it all.
