I hope conservatives remember this.

How is it that the AG can not understand how his own country’s legal system works?

Well, I can think of a law passed by Congress that the Trump Administration has blown off, imposing sanctions against Russia. Maybe Sessions should sue Trump.

So we have an Attorney General who doesn't understand how our country works. Not surprising under this ridiculous administration.

Another Trump employee complaining about checks and balances. Really makes them angry.

It’s amazing how the current “administration “fails to grasp the basic concept of how government is supposed to work and how they seem to believe that rules and policies don’t apply to them.

Will normalcy ever return to the US?

Sessions said he hoped the Supreme Court would resolve the issue

Said in a speech to the Federalist Society, of which Supreme Court Justices Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, and (sort of) Roberts are members. Good to see Sessions demonstrating that "separation of powers" that he and the "originalist" Federalist Society are supposedly so big on. Keep on stacking SCOTUS with partisan hacks, GOP. They do your bidding every time.

Chicago attorney Ron Safer argued in a U.S. District Court that Sessions lacked authority to attach conditions that would force Chicago to choose between funding for crime-fighting equipment and programs,

As a good southern man, Sessions truly believes in states' right, oh yes indeed.

The white supremacist Beauregard high-tailed it out of California with his tail between his legs -- states' rights, boy!

Liberals going rouge again, wait until Trump fills the lower courts, Karma has a funny way of hitting you back. Liberals think they are so untouchable, we shall see. When the roles are one day reversed and the Dems have trouble getting legislation through, they will be the first ones (of course) to cry foul or racist or homophobic or gender phobic or whatever the flavor of the day is that will set them off.

Unless it's regarding the Second Amendment.

Liberals going rouge again, wait until Trump fills the lower courts, Karma has a funny way of hitting you back.

It will be interesting to watch the conservative reaction when there is a liberal president facing nationwide injunctions from Trump appointees to the bench.

When the roles are reversed? So you acknowledge that one day Dems will be back in power. Good on you.

As for the Dems facing obstructionism, they don't need to wait until they are back in power again given they faced Repub obstructionism throughout Obama's terms.

Liberals going rouge again,

Damn those liberals, always going rouge! Don't they know this isn't the time for makeup?!

It will be just as wrong then as it is now. Won’t stop liberals who support it now from complaining about it later when it doesn’t benefit them though. Always selective memory. Luckily won’t have to worry about it until at least 2024.

It will be interesting to watch the conservative reaction when there is a liberal president facing nationwide injunctions from Trump appointees to the bench.

At some point Republicans will have to ask themselves, "Hmmmmm....radical judge...again?"

I mean the odds must be staggering, right? Every Trump loss is due to a lawbreaking, radical liberal judge? Every single one? Aren't you guys getting at least a little suspecious by now?

While There are hundreds thousands would-be immigrants out there waiting for years to enter the US legally because their papers are still being processed by the INS, but now all of a sudden, illegal aliens a.k.a DACA can get their permanent residency in the US is just extremely unfair, unjust and lawless.

Two months later, a Philadelphia judge found the opposite might prevail, citing the 10th Amendment’s prohibition on the federal government commandeering state resources.

Dems are up to their old “states rights” shenanigans again. Next thing you know they will be trying to justify racial segregation and separate but equal laws. They are forever trying to gain an advantage for their voters. Back in the 1960’s it was their buddies in the Klan. Now it’s their illegal alien constituencies.
