McGahn was counsel to Trump during the presidential campaign, during the transition, and served as White House counsel. He personally recommended to Trump both Gorsuch and Kavanaugh as SCOTUS candidates.

Mr. Kushner shouldn't be in the govt at all. Nepotism laws need to fix that issue.

He modified his clearance paperwork multiple times to correct lies/oversights. If you've held a clearance when it mattered, you wouldn't want a person like this having one.

Just subpoena John Kelly and Donald McGahn. Let's get their version and embarrass Kushner and Trump in 1 day.

Sadly, the President is the head of the executive branch and he can demand clearances against the advice and counsel of all the professionals.
