They look like a party that needs to be put out of its misery at the moment.

Hard to believe a Brit PM could be more of a cluster than Bojo, but here we are .......

Not like Thatcher,

"This woman is for turning."

"I think there’s absolutely no shame in a leader listening to people and responding, and that’s the kind of person I am," she told Sky News

Thumbs up from me!

quote: he was sticking with his original date of Nov. 23.

Not sure he will still be there then.

A combination of unfunded tax cuts for the comfortably off and then austerity for the poor to reduce debt suggests incompetence, arrogance, insanity or all of the above.

Football chants spring to mind. 'You don't know what you're doing', 'you're not fit to wear the shirt' and 'You're getting sacked in the morning'.

The Tories are like a train wreck in slow motion. Most political situations can be fixed quite easily, but every time they try, they make the mess they are in much worse. We really need 'Spitting Image' back on broadcast TV. They would have had a field day with this lot.

Dumb and Dumber.

Not like Thatcher.

Exactly - Thatcher increased tax in the face of inflation, which hurt, but the economy took its medicine.

I’m with Dessert. I didn’t think a British politician could look more vapid and clueless than BOJO. At least she lacks his Pervy smarm.

Dead woman walking. She'll be lucky to last past the New year.

Ok, I want to hear how PM Liz Truss is going to respond to the monetary, fiscal, economic self inflicted maelstrom that both PM Truss and Kwasi Kwarteng have instigated.

Growth has a host of different meanings, for the most venerable in society, growth equates to £170, one penny off income tax.

Adult education, give the unskilled a second chance, would have a far more reaching positive result.

Has anyone else noticed that it seems there isn't a single democracy anywhere in the world that is satisfied with their government and economy. Unhappiness seems to be the only common thread among free societies today. Ask yourself why this is so.
