Looks like a mad scientist.

it prepares to inoculate millions of people against the coronavirus, potentially starting within days.

Within days ?

Quite optimistic for vaccines not approved yet, with doubt emerging regarding the efficiency of the AstraZeneca vaccine only tested on persons below 55.

It looks like the vaccine can be done straight after the approval, which means it is already produced

Judging by the rise of the antivaxxers/qanon types (looking at yesterday's protests), there may be some difficulty in persuading sections of society into getting the vaccine. Unfortunately.

We do not have a vaccination minister in Japan but we are blessed with very intelligent Olympic and digital activation ministers.

He can't even wear the mask correctly.

Johnson's vaudeville act is to pop up like a Mexican jumping bean appearing in a new outfit every day, a jack-of-all-trades playing a thousand roles. Now wonder he has no time to be PM.

Looks like a mad scientist.

Mad's the right word.

The current UK government has so far passed off important (and lucrative) pandemic-related work for track and trace and things like PPE procurement to newly formed or very inexperienced companies run by politically connected individuals. Some degree of corruption is a given, but this has been a whole new level.

I hope vaccination will be different.

Which drug company does he work for?

For me Boris will always be stuck on a zip line frantically waving 2 Union Jacks.

I wonder what connections the vaccines minister has with big pharma...

The testing with two full doses included all age groups. It was the half-dose followed by full-dose tests that were limited to under 55s.

The clown himself who contracted Covid and now trying desperately to put on another show. He did not even have the courage to apologise for the unnecessary loss of thousands of lives and his government's handling of the pandemic ( the worst hit in Europe) . Macron had the decency to apologise to his citizens. Not to mention how he defended Cummings, Priti Patel and his cronies.
