Well it’s nice to know that in all this chaos and all these dark times, some good can come out of this. Regardless what you think of Boris Johnson and the conservatives, you have to admit that both his recovery from coronavirus, and the birth of his child, are both very good things.

His fiancee? Man-up and take responsibility and marry her. Or is this just the latest in a long line of various affairs?

Excuse my negativity, one can't choose there parents.
Boris Johnson philandering behavior is appalling. How can the electorate trust any politician let alone a Prime Minster that sees fit to poop on his on doorstep.

still curious, who paid for the £30000 a year private education for his 5th or 6th child?

Don't know if you had noticed, but it is currently quite difficult to hold a wedding ceremony in the UK. She is his fiancee, so he has formally asked her to marry him.

A bit of philandering does not bother me. In many countries it is perfectly accepted to have a bit on the side (France, Japan as examples). It is only in socially conservative countries, usually those damaged by religion, that extra-marital affairs are seen as representing some moral weakness.

His private life doesn’t particularly interest me as long as it isn’t anything illegal.
It’s his incompetence that bothers me.

And while Boris takes paternity leave, more people have died of coronavirus than British troops died in the first day of the Battle of Somme in 1916 (26,000 vs 19,000). In both cases, most of the deaths were preventable.
Luddite
Johnson is not on paternity leave.

I have no right to make a judgement on Johnson's private life.
Frankly, I find that politicians, as policymakers have a direct impact on the electorates health, economic wellbeing, the educational system families have to rely upon.
So it is difficult not to voice an opinion into Johnson behaviour towards his extended family as a measure of his ability to garner trust, and creat the strategies the nation can have the confidence to rely upon.
