If India is any indication, this indian variant is truly alarming.

It wasn't just pulled out of the hat.
Have you seen the footage coming out of India? The numbers of deaths and infections?
No, because I pay attention to the media, on a daily basis. India is mentioned every single day. Which is not surprising, given the catastrophic loss of life.

Not what I’m reading.

Even in the midst of a pandemic, commentators are quick to try and blame the Indian right wing for anything and everything. Recent electoral losses by the BJP were not on behalf of the left wing but votes went to regional right wing and centrist parties - not left wing. And the the Bengal variant is already causing trouble in the Seychelles (highest two dose vaccination rate in the world) and the UK, and could be possible for upticks in Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. Yet left wing and media prefer to find any time possible to blame the right wing for everything. Hence why I refuse to support left wing Muslim causes such as Palestine and Kamala Harris.
While UK goes back into lockdown, India will be waging war.

"While UK goes back into lockdown, India will be waging war."
India is already in the middle of a war with COVID and it is losing. UK has the highest rate of genome sequencing in the entire world, so probably the antidote to the Indian variant will be found there. India will beg the UK for sharing their vaccines then. A beggar nation like India ruled by the right wing beggar Modi can't do anything better.

No. I haven’t noticed that because it isn’t true.

I’m still not going inside a pub or cinema. Not enough ventilation. Opening windows greatly lowers the risk of transmission.
