A lot of the UK's immigration rules stemmed from Indian's abusing the freedom of travel with the EU, to come illegally into the UK.

Now even, a born and bred UK National, can't bring his own Wife of "decades" back to the UK without paying extortionate fees, and proving he has an income to support the Family!

If I’m an asylum seeker I would go anywhere that is safe. Especially if another country is paying for it.

Illegal immigrants are by definition criminals and should be immediately deported as such without appeal.

Withdrawing from the ECHR would have been the most sensible thing she could have done.
