As IS collapses, the UK, along with other countries, will find it more difficult to export jihadis.

The next few years could be very rough.

"Can only hope that North America and elsewhere learn from Europe's tragic lesson."

I'm not counting on it.

But the Mayor of London told us everything is fine so it must be.

No, he didn't. Taking quotes out of context really are fake news.

There's nothing like informative reporting, and this is nothing like informative reporting.

The official figures showed that among the 379 arrests, 123 people were charged with an offence, of which 105 were terrorism-related, while 189 were released without charge.

But no similar data for previous years. So we know 105 charges were made for a terrorist offense. But of the 226 arrests from the previous year, we have no information.

What Sadie Khan said was even more chilling than everything is fine. He said radical islamic terror is "just something British have to live with"

In other words; "Sorry peasants not living in gated mansions, we politicians have no desire or backbone in cracking down on islamic terrorists right here at home"

As a result of the increase of Terrorism within the UK, I think that they also need to rethink their imprisonment policy. Too many people are being put into prison when its not really doing anything other than perhaps encouraging further problems later on. For Terrorism related offensives, Prison, takes those people out of Circulation and protects the public, but say for a person who uses Facebook to publish a drunken rant ... and then later admits it and publicly apologizes afterwards .. should a prison sentence be appropriate then ? The UK has gone bananas recently with a lot of things going very badly wrong. It's clearly heading towards a Prison state out of necessity.
