Bronco - democratically elected lawmakers can still commit treason, can they not? I'm not sure how the statute is written in Ukraine, but in mine, it's defined as giving aid or comfort to the enemy. If it is found that he gave aid or comfort to Russia, then he might have a problem on his hands.
