Important to remember that Ukraine is under heinous and illegal assault by russia, rendering the presence of Ukraine's troops in the Kursk region legal.

By the way in case it’s not clear I’m making fun of the complete and utter incompetence of the Russian army.

They let themselves get invaded as part of an invasion. It’s like the three anmigos out there. They look pretty but have no idea what they’re doing.

Is Russia still considering nuking parts of Russia as part of their invasion of Ukraine?

-2 ( +4 / -6 )

Why would they?

You tell me. It was you under this current username that said the Kremlin was considering it when Ukraine counter-invaded Russia.

The pose no threat to Russia while they are safely away from the frontlines, surrounded by Russian forces that can just pummel them with artillery all day.

Great! The Ukrainians would rather fight on Russian territory over Ukrainian! Better Russia use up their artillery on Russian land, since the fighting will happen either way.

The more destruction brought to Russia the better. All Russians should feel the economic suffering of war.

still prevailing?

Their country got invaded - and now they’ve invaded that country back.

They are absolutely prevailing.

you have to feel a little bad for the conscripted Russian soldiers; no one cares about them, not the Ukrainians, not the world, and certainly not Russia. They’re just cannon fodder for Putin’s war of ego.

Projecting much? It's Zelensky who sacrificed Ukraine's young (and not so young) men just to line his pockets. They have no chance; they are kidnapped from the streets and sent out to die.

Despite the initial rapid success, the Kursk incursion did not manage to significantly distract Russia from its advances in Ukraine's east.

On Wednesday, the Ukrainian military said it had pulled back from the hilltop town of Vuhledar to avoid encirclement by Russian troops, which have also closed to within about 7 km (4 miles) of the strategic hub of Pokrovsk further north.

Important to observe the Kursk incursion completely failed to reach KNPP and is a complete red herring. The result is it has morphed into a PR-stunt which has sucked in a few.

Absent any grand manoeuvres with credible, sizeable new armies, Kursk will remain a sideshow.

Key to this conflict is the Eastern Front. Looks like AFU aren't up to the challenge.

LOL.at least at thee pages.

Maybe you should look jo the meaning of ‘prevail’ and consider that Russia got invaded as part of its invasion.

0 ( +4 / -4 )

No, Ukraine is not “prevailing” under any understanding or definition of the word.

Just to put this into a wider context, there was something on social media about a Russian blogger / Tiktok person who fell down a subway entrance in Tblisi and died as a result. This person probably had nothing to do with the current invasion of Ukraine, yet the comments were along the lines of "oh, one less terrorist", "keep going, the fewer the better", and so on.

Russia has literally made its name synonymous with evil, and people who may actually be against Putin's madness are paying the price for it. Hope it turns out to be worth it.

That’s a lot of dialog to say “Ukraine isn’t prevailing” and “pro-Ukraine posters celebrate all innocent Russian civilian deaths and are disgusting for doing that”

I wonder why our MAGA-friends just don't come out and admit the truth - they're pro-Russia....through and through....

They defend the Russian invasion of Ukraine, they praise Putin, and they propagate Russian disinformation...

Just have the courage to come out and say it - MAGA-world is enthralled with Putin, admires him, and would like our country to mirror Russia...

It's all there in BLACK and white - in Project 2025...

Also, relevant to reflect that Zelensky has a long history of visiting places in the rear echelons and then it all hits the fan.

Think back to Avdiivka. Always takes a selfie video with a sign in the background, makes a few statements, then the place invariably collapses.

So, Russia's invasion is much more 'evil' than all the others...

They are holding back the terrorist, though, so it isn't for nothing.

So, Russia's invasion is much more 'evil' than all the others...

Well it was completely unprovoked under international law, so yes.

Kyiv needs to talk to Moscow, ceasefire is needed asap.

An unconditional ceasefire has not been offered to Ukraine because the necessary humbling of Putin has not occurred yet.

I'm unconcerned what goes on there while their country is assaulting Free Ukraine. Ukraine should do whatever they have to do to survive. No need for them to be gentlemanly about it.

So killing Russian civilians seems fine to you. And you support laughing at their deaths as your team mate celebrates?

That’s wrong, and “evil”. you know this.
