Those that want Russia, get Russia.Those that want Ukraine, get Ukraine.
That's right.

Crimea got a vote. What is wrong with these people, picking up arms? Demand a vote. Give them a vote! And if need be, divide Ukraine. Majority of each area wins. Those that want Russia, get Russia. Those that want Ukraine, get Ukraine. What the heck is wrong with people, trying to force their way down others throats at gun point?

When armed separatists waged war on the Serbian government, the US, EU and Nato responded by arming the separatists and bombing Serbia on behalf of the Kosovo separatists.
This time around, they insists that the separatists must not get their way, and the country stay united.
If that is not hypocrisy, I don´t know what is.

@Laguna,
Not everyone wants to be part of the EU and end up like Greece.

I wonder how much the million residents of the Kaliningrad Oblast would enjoy joining the EU. Something to ponder, Putin, as you redraw borders.

@Serrano,
So are the Americans.

"Ukraine’s armed forces are on “full combat alert” against a possible Russian invasion, Kiev said Wednesday, as authorities admitted they were “helpless” to prevent pro-Kremlin insurgents tightening their grip on the increasingly chaotic east of the country."
Perhaps the U.N. could send troops to help the Ukraine government to reassert control over their territory? Wait, the Russians and the Chinese are on the U.N. Security Council, never mind.

This is such a tragedy - to see this country as well torn into civil conflict.

So the IMF is "lending" billions to the Ukraine who will then immediately pass at least 20% of said billions to Putin's Russian gas company?
