There is no justification for Putin's invasion and war against a sovereign country that is against the UN charter and whose actions are war crimes according to the Geneva Contention.

Putin is responsible for it all.

One of these days, Putin will go to The Hague to answer for his war crimes.

Yes, the strikes occurred after, but had been planned and coordinated long before the attack on P's bridge. They were just waiting for the cold weather to start.

This barrage of strikes started after the attack on Kerch bridge which killed 3 innocent civilians who were merely using civilian infrastructure to go from A to B.

Attacking that bridge, and then mocking the victims on Twitter, was a huge mistake for Zelensky.

In 1999, once all diplomatic avenues had failed, NATO launched an air campaign to halt the humanitarian catastrophe unfolding in Kosovo. Operation Allied Force started on 24 March 1999 and was suspended on 10 June, lasting a total of 78 days.

Srebrenica massacre, 8,000 Bosnian Muslim men and boys were murdered and the remainder of the population (between 25,000 and 30,000 Bosniak women, children and elderly people) was forced to leave the area.

Tokyo Living said it correctly. The arms suppliers all they want is to indebt the country and then they will own the country.

Well that sounds like a huge loss.

For Russia.

He knows, he’s just going for a merry row on a river in Africa.

Bronco

Whatever multi-billion dollar air defence systems NATO has donated to Ukraine, it appears totally useless against Russian missiles.

Not totally useless. 70% effective, so 30% useless. So they need more.

Completely unrelated. The planning for multiple massive missile strikes pre-dates the Kerch bridge bombing.

In 1999, NATO carried out airstrikes on power plants in Serbia, which led to a blackout in the whole country for several weeks.

You think no power in May-June is as bad as no power, water or food in the middle of a sub-freezing winter? (Not defending what happened in that war, just trying to maintain perspective)

if Zelensky hadn't decided to attack (bridge)

A bridge carrying military supplies is a legitimate military target.

and invade Russian territory (Kherson),

Kherson is Ukrainian territory.

Ukrainians would all be toasty warm today.*

In their bombed-out residential blocks with no walls, yeah.

If Putler hadn't decided to go for a land-grab Ukrainians would be living their normal lives in their own country instead of being refuges or living in cellars, Russia would not be experiencing a brain-drain and economic collapse, the third world would not be going without bread, we wouldn't all be paying higher prices for everything from grain to energy, and most importantly hundreds of thousands of people would not be dead.

its time to take off Zelensky now and make serious effort abt peace talks

Zelensky is a brave man, doing all he can to save his country, and largely succeeding. There can be no serious peace talks with russia while Putler is in charge; he does not abide by international agreements, and his signature on a piece of paper is worthless.

So all this “wait until winter none of the Russian equipment will work and they are out of missiles anyway and will be driven out!” was..untrue and propaganda?

No.

3 ( +8 / -5 )

Over the past nine months Russia has launched 16,000 missile attacks on Ukraine. 97% of them were civilian targets. Russia isn't fighting the Ukrainian military, they are fighting the civilians.

Yrral

2020,if Putin took out the leadership, would it make any different, the war is over,so all can happen is call it a tie

But he didn't, did he.

Mhmm, do go on.

And the new NATO HQ building is basically a massive tribute to the SS. See the aerial photo of the building. It was done on purpose. Just to let everyone know where NATO stands but at the same time have deniability if or when the politics suit a denial.

well-played, Cards fan. Others, watch and learn from this poster.

Blacklabel

President Putin is now trying to use the winter as a weapon of war against Ukraine

So it’s Putin who is “weaponizing” winter now? But posters here were telling us that winter was actually better for Ukraine.

Winter is better for Ukrainian troops, because they are better equiped for it than the Russian troops. What this is talking about is using winter as a weapon against civilians.

Two Ukrainians and a Russian blew up the bridge in Crimea which was not a direct action from the Ukraine military.

“The fact that 70% of the country's territory is left without electricity shows that we are keeping our finger on the switch. We can turn the electricity on and off where we need it and where we want it.”

These are the words of NATO spokesman Jamie Shea. Said during the 1999 during the bombing of Yugoslavia. In 1999, NATO carried out airstrikes on power plants in Serbia, which led to a blackout in the whole country for several weeks. This was proudly reported by Western media. They savored the name of each power plant that was destroyed and proudly reported on the use of the latest type of ammunition – graphite bombs.

Russia very easily can but isn't destroying power plants. Only easy to replace distribution nodes.

Well, if Zelensky hadn't decided to attack (bridge) and invade Russian territory (Kherson), Ukrainians would all be toasty warm today. Refusing to negotiate will only prolong the suffering of the Ukrainian people...

Yes

Quick, more money, more weapons, more war.

-8 ( +3 / -11 )

Haa,,Denial is not a river in Africa, lots of people supported the effort of Ukraine, but were turn off by Zelensky, thinking he was entitled to other countries funds as an entitlement for corrupt government

-9 ( +5 / -14 )

No.

So Russia IS out of missiles and winter actually benefits Ukraine, not Russia?

Not what their leader is saying.

still not time for some peace talks??

-10 ( +5 / -15 )

They better be glad, that Putin is incompetent as a leader, without the US Intel , Russian would have decapitated the leadership of Ukraine,by parachuting directly into Kiev ,instead of Hostomel

-10 ( +3 / -13 )

Why is Ukraine continuing to tran ship Russian gas to Europe, while they are freezing, keeping European warm
